   M Very poor customer service. I found several expired products, and the checkout experience was extremely rude. After paying, my items were pushed aside without any care. This store seriously needs to improve its standards and staff behaviour.

   Good staff.. Saffron Foods in Henderson is an absolute gem! The store is always clean, well-organized, and packed with an amazing selection of Indian, Middle Eastern, and Sri Lankan groceries. From spices and lentils to frozen naan and specialty snacks, they have everything you need to stock a flavorful pantry.

   Always look for expiry dates. They sell expired food. Pricing not available on many of the items. Checkout staff not courteous, feels like you’re not welcomed. Also always check all items itemised receipt. THEY DO CHARGE MORE for item/s you did not have in the cart. We only come here to buy stuff you can’t get at PaknSav

   "Be cautious! On 13/05/2025 at 4:40 PM, I was overcharged $5.50 by a Saffron Henderson customer care representative named Vickram. When I questioned the price, he scanned an item from a basket belonging to the customer behind me, which led to him realizing the mistake. He then refunded the amount in cash. This is the second incident, and I'm concerned he might be taking advantage of busy customers. I request the owner to review the CCTV footage for the specified date and time. To avoid similar issues, always verify your invoice carefully before leaving the counter.

   I recently visited an Indian grocery store and was quite disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They didn't provide any assistance when I was looking for specific items, and their attitude was rather indifferent. Moreover, the checkout process was slow and inefficient, with no effort made to expedite it. Overall, my experience with their customer service was extremely unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't recommend this store to others due to their lackluster approach to serving customers

   Good variety of stock, but quite chaotically displayed. Also questionable hygiene with the bulk bins. Often see people using their hands rather than supplied scoops, and lids are often left open.

   Love going to this place. The variety is just fantastic. I get my spices and papadums here...and the ever hard to find chick pea flour for my pakoras. Dunno why it's hard to find chickpea flour in other shops.

   This store has good range of products but it is hard to find fresh vegetables in this store, No price labels on different rice types. We have to go after store staff to get the prices. When compared to other grocery shops food prices are little high. For some products Price on shelf and prices in bill differs in several instances .Schemes put up on shelves are not loaded in system properly so needs to check the bill at all times. Really sad to see front counter customer service is really poor and they needs to change their attitude towards customers to maintain healthy customer base.

   Not good experience with Saffron foods. I got dairy products and all were expired. Packed foods are soggy (biscuits and chips). This is my third experience. I controlled this scam for 2 times. I cant handle for 3rd one. Not visiting again and suggesting everyone be aware if you visit.
