“We’ve been doing transition visits recently with my 17-month-old daughter, and I truly appreciate the teachers here. They are patient, sensitive to each child’s needs and interests, and always respond with love and understanding. After the first two hours I left my daughter with the teachers, she came back home singing Brown Bear! Since then, every time she arrives at the centre, Teacher Wilma shows her the goldfish she loves, and Teacher Chloe sings Brown Bear with her—creating a warm, consistent, and welcoming atmosphere. Each time during pick-up, I can see how well the teachers know my daughter—her likes and dislikes, and her little habits. Even though we’ve only been here for two weeks, I can already see a genuine relationship and attachment forming between her and the teachers. I feel so thankful and blessed to have chosen this place.”
“Update: It’s been over a year and a half since my last review and we are still very happy with our Palms family. The centre just had a makeover and it looks amazing!! My daughter is so happy when it’s “Kindy Time” I hardly get a goodbye when I drop her off before she jets off to play with her friends. My daughter started with Palms Educare a week ago and the staff has really helped making the transition easier. The teachers in the baby class are amazing and caring and have so much patience. My daughter also has a medical condition and the staff has been very supportive and accommodating. So far we are very happy and will definitely recommend the centre (in fact I have already).”
“My daughter has been going off and on since she was a baby and Rebecca and her staff made the process so easy and fun. They keep the environment nice and warm which helps with transition in and out of the pool. Just an overall great swim school.”
“Elle has been an excellent financial advisor for myself and my partner. Meetings were easy to set up and when it was convenient for us. Elle has been completely transparent with her information provided to us and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. If we didnt understand anything she was always happy to explain things in a way we could understand. We felt no pressure with Elle which made it easy to move forward with her and the Naked Finance team!”
“Awesome experience trainers are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude would recommend to anyone looking to learn MMA”
“Rich courses, excellent teachers, I like the atmosphere of such a full dance courses. I have been in class for half a year, and both myself and my friends feel that we have made great progress. Every class is very enjoyable. Highly recommend to all.”
“Latinissimo Dance is definitely the place to go if you are serious about technique and musicality. I totally recommend trying salsa on 2 at this school if you're considering it. The courses and levels are well structured and organised. Gian is very professional and puts a lot of effort into what he does. His assistant teachers have all been fantastic too. I really enjoyed the recent salsa immersion course over two weekends - an injection of content and practice (a great refresher with plenty of new challenges). Thanks and see you again soon”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our daughter absolutely loves being part of the Renaissance School of Dance! The teachers are warm, supportive, and so talented. She looks forward to every class and has grown in both skill and confidence since joining. The performances are always fabulous – beautifully organised and such a joy to watch.”
“Best atmosphere, nice and friendly people. Great coaches.”
“If you're looking for a studio to join I highly recommend Limitless Studio! The teachers & students are some of the nicest people I have ever met, so it's a great place to meet new people and the atmosphere is really welcoming. Each teacher & class varies between flow, dynamics, flex or static movements, so depending on what you're trying work on there's always a class to match your vibe. I've improved on my hoop skills significantly since joining and even managed master some flair moves that I've been trying to get for years.”
“The instructors here are kind and professional. They explain the techniques in details and make the swimming learning more fun for kids. My daughter has started the swimming training here. She will continue her swimming practice here. Very happy to recommend the Aqua Artist Swim School to anyone who wants to learn how to swim well.”
“Really accomodating, great culture with very encouraging coaches and the price is just right. Possibly the best MMA gym in Auckland”
“The most caring, nurturing group of teachers, they really are amazing! Will be forever grateful for the love my daughter receives, she loves being an Active Explorer!! A fantastic thought out centre with ample outdoor space and heaps of daily creativity through sensory/messy play, which i love getting updates on throughout my working day! Made my transition back to work as easy as it could be. Fab management as well as healthy food and snacks.”
“I met some most incredibly amazing kids there:) The principal Mrs Dale is dedicated and focused educator. The curriculum and activities are very rich and diverse: science, art, music, sports, cultural. Lucky kids!”
“My daughter has been having lessons with Callum for 2 years and she has improved heaps. Not just with the actual playing of drums but also with her understanding of sheet music, rhythm and knowledge of sound of each bit of the kit. My daughter has ADHD and he has been brilliant at engaging her energy as well as being patient & encouraging with her. I couldn't recommend The Drum Studio and Callum more.”
“My son loves learning to play the panio. He has made a great deal of progress thanks to his teacher who continuely aims to provide pieces of music that spark his interest.”
“On my first day at the travel collage, I was super shy and nervous to interact with everyone in my class. I started off very introverted and didn’t really put myself out there and talk to anyone. As I got to know my class I made heaps of friends and became pretty close with everyone. I used to struggle with stage fright (or just anxiety) when it came to public speaking. My tutor Take (as we like to call him) made us all feel super comfortable and relaxed. He made sure we knew that the space was very safe and that there was no judgement. I can now proudly say that majority of my anxiety had gone and I’m pretty comfortable when it comes to talking to others and/or in front of a crowd. Take took our assessments slow and made sure that EVERYONE knew exactly what they needed to do in order to pass too. One thing I love about the area as a whole is when I show up to class i am immediately greeted by all the staff whether it’s a friendly smile, wave, or a “good morning”. The staff are all super nice and approachable and are constantly popping their heads into class to see how we’re all doing. Overall one of the best decisions I’ve made so far in my life. Each day is a new fun experience.”
“My 4 yr old started baby ballet and I have been so impressed with the team. The young teachers do a brilliant job of managing and teaching a large group of 4 year olds keeping them engaged, learning and growing and making them feel special too and let’s say managing parents and interruptions at time too with grace and a smile. We were able to be apart of the concert and it was brilliant, professional, fun and engaging. Well done team! Appreciate it and communication is great.”
“My children have thrived at this studio! The teachers are great at encouraging them and helping to grow their confidence. A really wonderful environment.”
“I had moved nearby a few months ago and decided to try their Intro to Pole Sport classes. It was totally out of my comfort zone but they were so welcoming that I decided to get a membership! It's definitely a family. Would 100% recommend. I've brought friends to the flexibility classes as well and they enjoyed it! I recommend the memberships, but if you can't fork the money and happen to have ClassPass they are on there as well! But if it's your first time going make sure to go to the intro classes - I think you have to do 5 before going to Level 1.”
“Best day care! All the staff are lovely. The atmosphere is welcoming. I've had 2 kids enrolled here. One has gone to school now and my second leaves in December. I literally just picked up enrollment forms to enroll my 1year old here. If you're looking for a daycare I highly recommend this one. It's hard to find a daycare where you feel safe to leave your kids. I've had my older 2 enrolled at 3 daycares before I found this one. My kids have become more confident within themselves, they enjoy/ed going to daycare and my one currently still going just adores her teachers. So yes highly recommend :)”
“So many good things to say... Jai is a fun, friendly and safe training environment that is perfect for beginners or the less 'athletically talented'. However the competitive aspect is also there for those who are seeking that. I have made several lifelong friends from Jai. They have always had a few carefully selected trainers brought over from Thailand for the specialised skillset they bring, and they are supported by experienced local trainers. I also know for a fact the owner is awesome.”
“Best Start Tironui Road are an amazing centre with awesome teachers. My son loves attending each day and I know I am leaving him in safe hands with teachers who genuinely care about him and actively explore and nurture his interests. The whole team have been incredibly supportive to us as a whanau, throughout the time our son has attended and I could recommend them highly enough!”
“Awesome place to learn. Very supportive tutors!!”
“St Heliers Kipmcgrath has been a very welcoming place to come after school for us during the last couple of years. My son always feels happy to come here and get extra support. It almost matches the level of comfort he finds at home thanks to all the friendly tutors.”
“I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Pacific Legal Limited, particularly Mr. Richard Small, for their outstanding support and expertise throughout my immigration process. Upon arriving at the airport in New Zealand, I was unexpectedly stopped by border officers and subjected to a stressful interview. To my shock, my visa was cancelled on the spot, and I was required to return home immediately. I felt lost and devastated, believing my opportunity to live and work in New Zealand was over. However, thanks to the expertise and tireless efforts of my lawyer, my work visa was successfully reinstated. They were always responsive, thorough, and truly caring — guiding me through every step with clear communication and genuine empathy. I highly recommend Pacific Legal Limited to anyone needing assistance with immigration matters. Their dedication and professionalism made all the difference for me. Thank you again for helping me move forward with hope and confidence! Sincerely, Trần Thị Ngọc Thúy”
“Really appreciate Wave Passion. Shout out to Jason. Great customer service. Cool business and nifty kayaks.”
“What an amazing and fun experience! Highly recommend it, all staff are very professional and they makes you feel comfortable. They welcomed me with a huge smile and then it was time for a very accurate briefing, I could also choose the flight path and flyzone. Once ready to leave is time for a complete a pre flight check and explanation; petrol, oil, air vent, tires… Experience at 360 degrees! The weather was a bit windy but my instructor did an outstanding job, once in the air I could take control of the plane and fly the plane myself, I was so excited to speak with control centre as they made us aware of other planes in the area and diverted our flight path accordingly. 10/10 experience!”
“I'm Evelyn and I've had the utter delight and privilege of taking Levels One and Two with Juliet Furness this year, and I could not be more grateful. Her approach to teaching the art of acting is unique, insightful, surprising, playful and effective. The classes are more like master classes in what it means to be an authentic human being. I have felt empowered, invigorated and inspired by her classes. She makes everyone feel valued and included. She is enthusiastic, frank, generous and fully present with us. I felt quite bereft at the end of each term... missing my weekly fix of community, of risk taking, of growing as a human being and of feeling safe as well as challenged. I have signed up for Level Three now and I may well go back and do all three levels again next year. They each offer different gifts that complement each other, and some refreshingly different adjustments. Juliet's classes sneak up on you in the way they enhance your acting skills..... i am reminded of working with an Alexander technique body worker, who suggested that in my goal to achieve a straighter back and a more open ribcage I should forget about pulling my shoulders back and forcing myself into a more upright and military type posture because all this would achieve would be more muscular tension elsewhere. Instead she suggested i imagine a 'clavicle smile'.....simply imagining a friendly smile across my collar bone and this transformed my walk and my posture and Juliet achieves similar transformations that happen simply because one learns to get out of one's own way, allowing change to blossom naturally from within! So i think that summarises what Juliet's classes teach..... to trust one's own humanity. Rather than trying to impose some technique onto oneself.”
“Great environment, teachers and leadership. They are always welcoming, accommodating and very professional. Our little one took time to adjust and found her ground after a while. She has built a great relationship with teachers and friends over time.”
