   I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience today really stood out and not in a good way. The staff member at the counter (long hair, tattoos) was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he acted like a know-it-all and made the whole interaction unpleasant. When you’re running a place where people come to relax and enjoy themselves, the last thing you expect is disrespectful treatment from the person who’s supposed to be assisting you. It completely ruined the vibe of the visit. Management really needs to take a closer look at how their staff are treating customers, because poor attitudes like this drive people away.

   This was my go to place until they stopped being 24hours.their excuse is Hand picking balls due to weather. Instead of telling me off on the loud speaker about smoking weed on your premises maybe you should focus on getting back to 24hours. I only blaze up when there's adults around.there was no need to embarr3s me on speaker when u could have had a word discreetly

   If you're looking for friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service, this is NOT the place to go. Walked in yesterday, $3,000 burning a hole in my pocket, in the market for an electric cart. No customers in the shop, two disinterested looking people behind the counter. "Hello" "Hello" "What can I help you with?" "I'd like to know about MGI Zip electric carts" "Blank look. "What about them?" "What models are there, what are the differences between them, how much do they cost, do you have them in stock, pros and cons vs other carts, you know, the kind of things you'd want to know if you were going to buy one." Blank look. "Tell you what, I'll come back when you've figured out how to sell." Went to Golf360 in Mt Maunganui this morning, bought the MGI Zip Navigator AT and several accessories, had great service.

   Awesome driving range, good fun, good customer service and good pricing. The male bathrooms are a terrible state of affairs... The hand dryer doesn't work, it was an absolute pig stye and what's with the barnacles growing on the sink and tap?

   This is a brilliant place to go for a serious practice session, a bit of a bash, or fun with whanau or friends. $15 for a large basket of balls is excellent. And open 24/7 is awesome! Good shop too, big range and price range that covers everything from 'modest' to 'ouch'. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
