Lovely lady at reception. Was very accommodating and even let us use the speaker that was in the gymnasium. Was awesome listening to music while shooting hoops.

The staff are friendly and know your name! There is school kids to retirees and you don’t feel like you are being judged. Whenever I have gone there are plenty of machines/equipment available, so no waiting around. You can have a membership that includes the poo
I am Trent, it's great to hear that you had a good time at the gym today. It's wonderful that William, also known as "Hamstring," was very helpful to you. It's good to know that you met many people there, including Hornrey Hongi Huiya, who helped you with chest and jaw exercises, and eating chicken wings to become bigger and stronger. However, it's not appropriate to complain about someone like Shugene Narayun who talks a lot at the gym and has a sore back. Overall, it sounds like you had a positive experience at the gym. nice place to book for a birthday party..it has a function room with kitchen enough for about 30 people, a big basketball court as a playground (with bouncy castle, trampolines, balls, etc) all provided by the organizer. My son enjoyed so much the games and playing basketball.. this place also has a gym beside the reception. The carpet needs to be refurbished though as they were peeling off.
