“We went there on a weekday for our wedding anniversary, and I'd say it was a worth it drive. The facilities were clean, the temperatures were just as described, and the staff were really accommodating. The only thing lacking would be the Cafe not being open on weekdays, which they resolved with an assortment of instant meals and ready-to-eat Kimbap! We enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back again!”

“Highly recommend Arthur and Gordon at Pool Masta. Our Spa Circulation Pump was leaking. Their service and communication was exemplary. As we live 1hr 15min from Auckland it was important that we provided sufficient information for Arthur to assess what was needed to avoid numerous trips. In the end we decided to removed the pump ourselves Arthur gave us clear instructions on how to remove the pump - which we did although it was installed very tightly and turned out to be a difficult task. We got there and took the pump to his workshop, we were amazed at how clean, tidy and organised it was and how knowledgeable Arthur was, he showed us how he can test pumps in a pool situation. Within two days Arthur had examined the pump and said we needed a replacement. He ordered the pump from Australia and within 8 days he advised us the pump was ready for us to pickup and that he had reconfigured the connections to line up with our old pump and tested it. After a few communications with Arthur we managed to reinstall the new pump and today it is running well. We would not recommend removing and installing the pump yourself without help from an expert like Arthur but in the end it would have saved a lot of time and money. 7 Months ago we approached another pool company, it took two months for someone to come out with the wrong replacement, said they would be back with the correct one before xmas and we haven't heard from them since. We would never go anywhere else, Pool Masta guys you are amazing, thank you.”

“I visited a couple of times during my stay in Newmarket. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I can’t fault the value — a day pass was very affordable at NZD $11 (around £6 for me). Please note that this review is intended as constructive feedback and does not reflect my overall positive experience of visiting. The changing rooms felt a little run down, and a spin dryer for swimsuits would have been useful. The pool itself was a great length, though I did experience a strong chlorine reaction in my eyes. The sauna was more like a saunarium, while the steam room was excellent it was spacious, consistently producing great steam, and one of the best I’ve been to. That said, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly but maybe it was the time of day i entered, and the ceiling may need replacing at some point. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here, especially the 50m pool the first I’ve come across. Many thanks.”

“I've bought pool chemicals from Swimart Pakuranga for quite a few years & used them for occasional repairs & maintenance. They do a good job, are responsive, charge a fair price and provide practical guidance when I need it.”

“We have a HotSprings spa, and needed the badly worn cover replaced. But when I went to order, Hotsprings said it would take 12-15 weeks (assuming they import them in from the USA)! So someone suggested BMH and I am so glad! Not only did it only take 3 weeks (from coming out to measure, make and then install), but the colour ranges were much greater, the quality is much better and I really like the design - there is a very slight pitch roof angle to the design which means water will run off of it more naturally.”

“Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They helped me understand a lot about the chemical balance of our pool. The free water testing is great, and they are not pushy about selling products. I purchased their testing kit as the one I had inherited was giving incorrect results. I highly recommend the 4 in 1 testing kit, it appears to be as accurate as the machine test results - however still worth checking with the machine once in a while.”

“The staff at Poolside have always been wonderfully helpful. I take my spa water in to have it tested and I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly greeting. Their love for doggy visitors is always a perk too!”

“We had a pool that had not been used for 5years and it had laid empty. It needed cleaning and painting we were told to contact Vinny at EURO POOLS. We very pleased with the finished job. Vinny went to a lot of trouble to make sure it was perfect. Vinny and his team did a great job in restoring the pool to its original condition.”
