   We have a HotSprings spa, and needed the badly worn cover replaced. But when I went to order, Hotsprings said it would take 12-15 weeks (assuming they import them in from the USA)! So someone suggested BMH and I am so glad! Not only did it only take 3 weeks (from coming out to measure, make and then install), but the colour ranges were much greater, the quality is much better and I really like the design - there is a very slight pitch roof angle to the design which means water will run off of it more naturally.

   I purchased a spa pool cover from BMH about five years ago. Unfortunately, for the past three years it sat untouched, exposed to the elements and overrun by all kinds of flora and fauna. I was amazed that with just a gentle broom and some soapy water, the cover came up looking like new. Extremely impressed with the quality—thank you, BMH, for making such a durable, high-quality product!

   The team at BMH helped us out significantly with our school's bespoke pool cover. They came out onsite, measured it up and spoke with us about our requirements before providing us with options to choose from. The experience and earned knowledge from the team was highly helpful and they happily responded to all of the questions we had for them. In the end, our pool cover was made, installed, and tested very quickly with superb service. The double cover system has made it incredibly easy to roll out and roll in, something for which our teachers are very grateful. It has meant that our students can enjoy swimming throughout the year and has significantly decreased our ongoing maintenance expenses. Overall the experience was fantastic and we thank the entire team for their outstanding and friendly service.

   I was reluctant to invest in a replacement swimspa cover, particularly as the imported cover that came with the spa did not stand up to time. Caleb made the entire process easy by patiently working with me and answering all my concerns. He even engaged a local agent to come and measure my swimspa to make sure the measurements were correct and have it installed. I am more than happy with the cover and the price. Many thanks Caleb!

   Do not , I repeat do not purchase one of their spa covers they are rubbish! Gave them the benefit of the doubt after my last cover only lasted 2 years before becoming water logged and broken. Surprise surprise same thing happened again. Not interested in replacing and if you have a spa international pool and purchase a cover through them also be aware as they will tell you to call BMH if you have a problem as they supply them . No accountability.

   Pretty disappointed after ordering a brand new spa cover to be made. BMH came out, measured the spa and a couple weeks later the cover was ready. Once the cover was bought home and put on the spa it was apparent that it wasn't even close to fitting despite BMHs own person coming out to measure the spa. We made BMH aware of the issue and they took the cover back to their shop to remedy the issue. Upon its return we were further disappointed with their solution which was two small inserts at either end to fill the large gap down the center due to it not fitting. The inserts were only on either end and despite the center flap covering the gap, it is uninsulated and lots of heat can be seen and felt escaping through it. Furthermore the the escaping heat leaves a layer of condensation along the middle of the cover. The flap also now doesn't quite reach the velco fasteners on the other side. Overall pretty disappointed with the workmanship and their remedy to their fault. Since then we have contacted them twice more. Both times they told us they would get in touch with us again, which they are still yet to do several months later.
