    First time here and really enjoyed it. However, the ladies toilets could do with some maintenance and cleaning. Broken door locks, no toilet paper, dirty toilet seats.

    I went there today with my grand children for a swim, one of the toddlers wanted to use the toilet. The toilets weee blocked, all of them. I went to tell the staff in the shop. When I got there. the girls were playing games on there phone, the boys were doing the same. I said where is the Manager? We all are the manager. Not happy, these kids that work there don’t know what they doing, just there for the money, hope this is sorted, disgusting. Not a happy Nana.

    It was really bad that we had to wait for an hour at the entrance due to covid when really they were under staffed

    How you can call this place a premier facility is beyond me, I used to come here when I was a kid, I'm 54 now and place hasn't changed at all, apart from diving boards are gone, toilets are disgusting, toilet roll holders broken, toilets not clean etc, changing rooms need a major upgrade, pool itself is fine

    Great out door pool to take the family to. Adequate parking. Changing room facilities needs an upgrade.

    I really liked this outdoor pool. It stretched the kids (age 4 and 7) as it was deep. My only niggle and it can happen amywhere that there wasn't any toilet paper in any of the three women's toilets

    This is a great place to cool off. Kiddies are free. Best in the 1st part of the day before all of the bodies get in there. Have noted some negative attitudes from lifeguards towards the youth. I highly recommend that you have an adult accompanying your youth. However that's not a guarantee as they do, on occasion, challenge adults too. But at least you can voice your point.
