   Each staff member gave different advice to a new pool owner each of which cost $ , none of which was suitable then told them that their current system was unsatisfactory and insufficient. They recommended that the only way to clean the pool was by spending thousands on replacing filter system and recommended spending another couple of thousand on installing a salt chlorinated system. This was negligent advice considering the pool has a steel liner and also a total con the existing system has no issues after already spending over $500 in chemicals in 2 wks (enough $in chemicals for a year). The pool is now clear clean and running fine with its existing filter thanks to a genuine pool shop giving the correct advice (explaining how to use filter and what chemicals to use) at a 10th of the cost spent at fun spas.

   Horrible service! The 'Spa Man' from the company 'Fun Spas' went onto my property without telling me first and took my spa motor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and just asked him to give me a quote. I called about 8 times throughout these past two and a half months and he always makes up an excuse as to why he hasn't even looked at it yet and will do it on the day. I haven't had my spa in months and he's not even answering his phone now.
