Free local pools. The facilities are well maintained, staff are friendly and welcoming. We’re lucky to have Otahuhu Pools in the area.
Our year 4, 5 and 6 students attended Otahuhu Pool and Leisure Centre as an end of year treat over a period of three days. This was a substantial amount of students, teachers and parent helpers to accomodate. Amy and her crew were absolutely amazing with the organisation for this special event. For many of the students it was their first time visiting the Otahuhu Pools. Their feedback was that it was an epic trip and one of the best ones they have ever been on. This was due to a lot of organisation on behalf of Amy and the fabulous crew who made this a special day. Thank you to all. You're awesome. Hopefully, it will become an end of the year tradition.
The Otahuhu Pool and Leisure Centre is my go to facility for my one-year-old, primarily due to its uniquely featured toddler pool area. I commute from Manurewa to this center, and the bombing pool always keeps my older children entertained also. The facilities are consistently clean, and I have never encountered any issues; the staff are always cheerful and helpful. Thank you so much Team. Always look forward to my visits.
Really expensive to hire out the bbq area couple hundred, which is usually free in the summer time. Got charged for the extra hour as the bbqs stopped working for 30min so took longer to cook. Got told “we did tell her the bbqs don’t work properly” if that’s the case why did yous charge us full price knowing full well your facility wasn’t up to par.
The pool area is very popular in the weekend for families. There's a gym upstairs. Has a library located just inside the main doors. Indoor basketball court and a smaller one outside. Also has a lunch bar. And more...
This year most of the time coming down from the gym upstairs there's more than 20 people sitting down on the hall way blocking the way out. I understand they are one team just finished training volleyball or basketball. I would love to get to the door without walking on their face while they are sitting. I feel like I'm disrespecting them by walking right in front of their nose saying "excuse me" continuously until I get to the door. I wish they have another area to do their assembly at. Other than that they are nice people on the wrong place.
This place has #CAB Services #pool #library #Desktops (Computers for web browsing) #Basketball court for kids (outdoor) #Play area Indore table tennis (indoor) #JP services yes but not sure for Saturdays as it’s written on the website that justice of Peace is available on Saturday from 9am to 12pm but we don’t find one and had to go to other place for our document attestation This place has really limited car parking so be prepared about it as it’s very busy on weekends becoz of pool and other great things at this place. This place is really good for all age groups people.
Great experience for the children. My 2yo niece and 4 yo son both really enjoy the amazing splash pad when its turned on. -1 star because when the pools where packed with 3+ parties and inside pools where crowded the team turned the splash pad off.
