Best Purchase Ever!! These guys were fantastic at being chill with all my questions, super friendly, brilliant service. Gorgeous spa delivered with zero glitch, as promised. Exceeds expectations in running it for free off the solar panels each day. Operating instructions seem fairly idiot proof. Would 100% recommend as a life improvement

I've had my Trueform spa almost 15 years and it's still going strong. They build a great product and are willing to help with any issues. They are reasonably priced compared with the competition. I know 3 people who went with some of the pricey brands only to be disappointed with equipment failures. Proud to support this Kiwi business.
Great spa and really great people to deal with. We bought our spa at the Waikato field days,we got exactly what we wanted and there was no pressure to up sell. Was recommended to get a TrueForm Spa by a close friend. I opted for the Sahara product line. Four months in, I am so satisfied with the product. Works well and set up, use and maintenance instructions are simple to follow. My family absolutely loves spa time, sometimes twice a day, especially a joy to take a dip in winter! I want to compliment the staff, everyone I met and interacted with, from sales, accounts and the delivery guy, were all lovely to deal with. And whatever they promised, they delivered on. Exactly like my friend had told me, I found them to be very reliable.
Our spa has scratches, was dirty and we have had nothing but issues. Absolutely the worst customer service. Do not honor any guarantees and then tell the customer they are dirty! We are extremely disappointed with our spa and disgusted with the customer service.
Heater blew up within two years.Was told due to over chlorination and refused to cover under warranty.Replacement heater cost nearly $1000.00.

We first purchased our Trueform Spa in 2006. Recently we approached Trueform to ask if they could do a refurbishment of our old Spa. It needed a new cabinet while we had replaced the heating unit and pump over time. Warren the owner and Gwen in the office were great to deal with. They quoted a price and the Spa was delivered back to us and they did a fantastic job refurbishing it. They went above and beyond in my opinion and we are happily getting continued use out of our old but still working and sturdy Trueform product. Well done and thank you for a great job. Highly recommended. I have 5 lots of friends I have put onto Trueform Spas. Dave Grace
Awesome company, awesome people, awesome product! We didn't even buy our Tueform pool new from them or reseller, but a mint condition refurbished 'Eco' model from The Spa Guy in Rotorua. But we still had some questions regarding setup, water treatment etc, and Bridget/Gwen were absolutely amazing with help and advice via multiple calls/emails even though I didn't purchase the pool new. Highly recommend them and the product they sell, our pool is just the basic entry level pool, but the construction/quality/insulation is the same as the top of their line pools. If we grow out of this one, or ever want an upgraded pool with more features, we will definitely go Trueform again.
