   I have a filter master pool FILTER SYSTEM and there service man for there company has been ordered 4 times in there albany distribution centre with steve the owner in person to person. In there shop. Noe 5 phone calls to the service man to replace a control panel. They have said they will be therw to fix every time. But have NOT showed up once.They showed up to get a sample2 years ago and took the control panel panel to source one which thay have in stock but have not showed up yet after more phone calls. This has gone on 2 and a half years.NEVER BUY A FILTERMATER PROUCT.

   I had a leaking Spa Pool pump o-ring. Steve identified the part number and I was able to pick it up an hour later and the spa is up and running perfectly with no more drip issues. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.
