Highly Recommend G.J. Gardner North Shore! G.J. Gardner truly lives up to its name and brand. Every stage of the building process was smooth, even though it was one of their first times building in a semi-rural area on the shore in Paremoremo. The longest part of the journey was waiting for council consents, but once we received approval, the actual build took around seven months — impressive, especially given the usual challenges of building in a semi-rural location. We’ve now been living in our new home for a year and absolutely love it. One of the standout aspects of working with G.J. Gardner was their exceptional after-service support. Renee, our consultant, was friendly, professional, and thorough, always making us feel at ease throughout the process. Tracey, the owner, has been truly amazing — always quick to respond to any issues, whether minor (like touch-up painting) or more significant (like plumbing concerns). She’s personable, approachable, and continues to show a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the project, even a year on. We highly recommend G.J. Gardner North Shore!

I built with GJ Gardners - north shore , the service received was exceptional. I was building on my own and they supported me through the process. Gave advice on the build, provided help with ideas when needed it. Through the build the communication from the team was brilliant, Kept me informed. Very fast and responsive to any questions I had. When we did the snagging list one year post the completion, they highlighted areas they wanted to remedy. Their value system is truely customer outcomes first. The quality of the build is high, one year on. House still looks like brand new. I would definitely build with them again. Big call out to Renee who supported at the start and Tracey. Thank you, you both made the build process so much easier.
