“Sensational Service We bought a wonderful dining table from Ultimate living. When we shifted house we lost the bolts. They helped us get new bolts from Italy and when we could not put it together ourselves they came out and helped. Wonderful service. I highly recommend dealing with ultimate Living.”

“Celebrating our lovely daughter’s 6th birthday—and her very first birthday party—at this restaurant was the best decision we could have made! From the beginning, Rachel, the owner, was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through the party planning process. The staff was beyond kind, making sure everything ran smoothly. The delicious buffet for adults, the fantastic kids’ menu, and the amazing outdoor playground made this place truly special. Everything was just perfect for us! A huge thank you to the staff for warmly accommodating 20 excited kids! “Ok...I have to admit, it was not my intention to come here. I was really looking for The Grove and since they were closed this was right next door and up stairs. What an adorable place with a variety of fresh foods, filtered water, charming ambiance and a full bar of coffee, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. No AC but the seating area is charming overlooking the near by park and church. And did I mention free wifi.”

“Look at that inviting courtyard. What a great place for a meeting, a break or stop for office time in one of their booths. Plenty of space in the back with outdoors covered seating area too. Great coffee and eggs Benedict. Cafe at front and large bar inside. You need to look in deeper than just from the street entrance.”

“If you haven't been to this cafe, then you're missing something very good in Beachhaven. I think it has new ownership and they deserve to survive. The coffee is great. It's Altura my husband's favourite. Lots of people were coming and going, which is good to see. The food could have been at any five-star establishment.”

“Great place, loads of bars in browns bay but this one has a bit of character and the prices are the best around . Really nice friendly staff. Propa decent bit of food and portions are massive especially the hake and chips I think. If your just passing through I honestly recommend coming here for few beers and food.”

“Top notch customer service with very friendly team. We were served by Sophia who answered our queries about the menu and also was kind enough to take our photo. Its always a delight to come to Elephant Wrestler especially for big groups. They have plenty of space and kid-friendly atmosphere during lunch time. There’s a variety of food to choose from, always tasty, fresh and never dry. We enjoyed the pork belly and sirloin steak. Tiramisu is a must-have for dessert! We will definitely come back again.”

“I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! As a vegetarian, it’s often hard to find good options in Auckland, but this place truly impressed me. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—they even customized a pizza exactly to my liking, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The food was bursting with flavor, and we also tried a non-alcoholic cocktail that was super tasty and refreshing. Overall, it was a perfect day, and I’m so glad we chose to dine here. Highly recommend to anyone, especially fellow vegetarians!”

“Consistently great pizza from Sals Birkenhead. The manager Raj is always friendly and nice to talk to, and he makes a pretty great pizza. Sals menu is simpler than other pizza places, but higher quality and tastier - plus a large pizza is actually large from Sals. Definitely recommend Sals for a slice of New York style pizza, especially if you can get a deal or bundle.”

“Absolutely delicious food and decent service. The food couldn’t have been better absolutely chefs kiss as always! Service was good though was a bit disappointed that when the waitress poured our water she spilt quite a bit over the table and said she’d be back to clean it up but never did so we ended up using a serviette. Atmosphere was nice. Overall a really good experience. Definitely recommend if you want good food! Just bear in mind that it is pricey”

“Was absolutely amazing. Greeted by friendly staff and taken straight to our table on a busy Saturday (we had booked and would probably recommend as was very busy) Companion had the kumara burger and it was delicious. I had the platter "for 2" which was phenomenal decent portion of each item and all were delicious. We then had desserts and they were very tasty. All the staff were very nice too. Will definitely be back!”

“Golden Silk Thai is a special place where very good food can be found. I am not unfamiliar with Golden Silk as the family have been getting take aways there for years. They provide a very authentic menu and is well worth spending time in the restaurant too as some of the best dishes are only served in the restaurant. Highly recommended”
