   I had ordered an item through user eats that was sold out, and got a call and offered something else of higher value at no extra cost so that was much appreciated.Service is amazing and the quality of the veges and meat is fresh and tender. I had my usual roast shop for many years but I may have to switch to English roast for the price alone. Everything else is definitely a bonus.

   The lady working here is so kind and patient. The portion size of the meals are huge. Definitely gonna be a go to spot if I ever want roast. Also the crackling is soooooo crispy and doesnt break your jaw.

   Got a roast pork meal from here on the the weekend. Got a medium meal. The size of the portion was very generous, the meat was very tender and tasty! The veggies were great aswell! Would highly recommend this place! I'll be back again!

   Was going into the inside stores but stumbled upon this awesome shop. Upon walking in was welcomed warmly. Food looked well presented&after getting something small we walked away still thinking how yum! It was so we walked back after our shopping to buy a bigger meal. Customer service was beautiful as much as the food!! Very delicious highly recommended!!!

   Meat was off they thought they could hide it with extra gravy, didn't follow allergen notes in the beef roast i ordered. Yuck. Lamb shanks bland no flavour WORST ROAST SHOP

   Went at 3pm on a Wednesday for afternoon smoko. Got a pork roll that for half of what it normally cost and they also chucked in a drink and two potatoes. All for $5.

   Lambshanks are a dud, BLAND. Tasted like boiled meat in a huge pot of unseasoned water. Seems like they boiled a couple of shanks in a gigantic cylinder of water with one onion. If you are going to serve Bland roast at least make the gravey compensate for the absense of flavour. Gravey was just as tasteless, couldn't save any dish even if tired, store bought ones tasted better. Am not sure if they even taste their food, I wouldn't serve something that tasteless, its an insult calling it English Roast, where is the Yorkshire pudding ??? I just hope one day places serving roast doesn't pile a spoonful of wet vegies with water still dripping on top of crispy potatoes. Before you walk away, the entire meal is a soggy, watery, tasteless mess. The best roast place is Brandys at Mangere Bridge, their gravey is delicious and if you ask, they are happy to pack mix veg and gravery sperately. I usually take my own lunchbox.
