   Consistently great pizza from Sals Birkenhead. The manager Raj is always friendly and nice to talk to, and he makes a pretty great pizza. Sals menu is simpler than other pizza places, but higher quality and tastier - plus a large pizza is actually large from Sals. Definitely recommend Sals for a slice of New York style pizza, especially if you can get a deal or bundle.

   TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL JUST GIVE YOU COLD LEFTOVERS !!! The pizza was hard like cardboard, dry chewy and absolutely cold! You can tell they literally grabbed the cold cardboard pizza straight from their display and chucked it into a box . How can you tell you may be wondering???? Well look at the box!! Moved the pizza to the side as evidence there is no pizza oil residue / cheese stickiness that a freshly made sals pizza leaves OR ANY PIZZA IN FACT!

   I visited here for the first time. The staff was very friendly and kind, which made me feel comfortable! I had a mushroom pizza. He heated it up after I ordered, which made it taste even better. The store was also clean! I’d love to come back again. Thank you so much!

   Got the pepperoni rolls and they were full of salami and salty! Needed a balance like sauce or something sweet. It’s $3 for ketchup when asked which was so ridiculous so has the salty roll. They do have cheese, chilli flakes and herbs on the table which was handy for us! No toilet on site but it is just within the shopping center area.

   I went with my 2 kids to introduce Sal's pizza. Only 2 boys were at sales point to handle the evening demand. 2 boys did a trick on me to turn back. Told us the waiting time is 40 mnts. When I walked outside, they were smirking at us. Never again Sal's.

   I have one question. Where is the authentic fabulous Sal’s imported sauce? This was bread, and a passing memory of cheese and some pepperoni. The quality has been very up and down lately. If you have to add a few more $ to maintain the quality, then do it. Don’t ruin our Friday night treat!

   Ordered an nbl steal, got told there were no knots left but i could have 2 pepperoni wheels instead. Ended up getting one peppproni wheel and the saddest little garlic blob I’ve ever seen. Not even worth getting the deal lol. Pizza was pretty nice tho

   This is the second time i had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. The staff are clueless, as it seems my order was sitting getting cold while i was waiting. In addition the wrong chicken wings were provided. They are failing to meet covid requirements as all customers had to congregate around the door waiting for orders. Some staff are not wearing masks at all some are not wearing them properly fitted. I received a call from the owner apologizing for the service. He promised to credit my charge and provide vouchers - 3 months later I haven't received either
