Great venue. Attended a 21st over the past weekend. Facilities were nice and clean, out door area was spacious but still felt intimate. Once the cricket was over there was ample parking. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating

We held an amazing event here, Nick and his team made it incredibly easy, and took care of us so well. We had a lot of people from outside of Auckland and they were so impressed by the location, such an amazing venue for a gatherung , Big shout out to Andy and Grant who were amazing on the bar , I highly recommend parked up for any event

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was planning my 24th birthday at this run down place and dealing with Nick, the manager, was one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a venue. From the very beginning, every time my partner and I asked questions to make sure the night went smoothly, he acted annoyed, like we were inconveniencing him. It honestly felt like he wanted my birthday to be run his way instead of listening to what we wanted. When I called to lock in details, his attitude screamed that he doesn’t care anymore, like he’s been in the industry too long and can’t even be bothered with basic professionalism. I initially gave him my budget, which was $300 for 30 people (yes, low for catering, I fully accept that). But here’s the issue: when we met in person, he pretended it was fine, nodded along, and acted like we had an understanding. A million times he would say "let me draw something up, let me see what I can do and ill email you back", then absolute silence from his end. Then later on the phone, he turned around, acted like it was ridiculous, and made me feel small for even bringing it up. Its really giving two-faced behaviour. I was flexible and willing to increase my budget to work with him but instead, he decided to lecture me about how if my guests got drunk, he’d just kick them out. Excuse me? This was a family event. Nothing in our discussions even suggested that this was going to be that type of party (subtle racism). It was uncalled for, condescending, and completely out of line. Then, the absolute audacity: he tried to flip it on us and say we were being “sketchy” and that he needed more reassurance. Let’s be clear.... I was the one chasing HIM with calls and emails, not the other way around. For him to call us sketchy is beyond insulting. And to top it off — the subtle racism. He made an unnecessary, offhand remark about not being able to buy “vindaloo at the mall for $10.” For context, I’m Māori and my partner is Indian. The dismissive way he said it was offensive, and if he wouldn’t have the guts to say something like that directly to our faces, then he shouldn’t be saying it at all. It was disrespectful, tone-deaf, and revealed a lot about the way he treats people. Nick’s attitude ruined what should have been an exciting lead-up to my birthday. Instead of feeling supported and celebrated, I was left stressed, insulted, and completely put off the venue. If you value respect, professionalism, and basic decency, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. A manager should make you feel comfortable, not belittled, dismissed, or judged. Parked Up has completely lost my trust, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible. Reading his replies to any negative review its clear to see it attitude so I would love to see what he has to say now??

GUYS! If you're stressed about hosting your 21st I wouldn't even think twice about booking this place!! I had gone around alllll of CBD looking for a venue holding approx 55-65 people, and nothing was as charming as this place. Aside from the place itself, Nick and his team were incredibly accommodating. The chillest and most effective team I had come across in terms of party planning. From decor, food/drinks, music, photobooth (yes, a photobooth) they had it all sorted while also completely catering to the style I wanted. One of the staff even looked after my drunk mate, just to ensure I could have a good night. Made the planning process stress free and the night so much fun. Couldn't thank these guys enough!!

Had the pleasure of having my 21st here and I can’t recommend it enough. It is a 10/10 venue with a great ambience. They have a great array of plants and decor throughout the whole property. I think that the most superb part of Parked Up is the wonderful staff who were kind enough to let me host my birthday at their venue on short notice. They were so helpful throughout the whole night and they made the stressful process of organising an event easier for me. I can’t thank them enough for how accomodating they were to me and to all of my guests. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to host any type of event. It truly is one of Auckland’s hidden gems.

I am a tourist and walked in for a beer. The lager was excellent and the barman even let me sample it before ordering. One less star for the drunk loud people beside us, 2 less star for the used condom beside our table

I had my 21st here and I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give a rating higher than five stars. Such a great atmosphere and amazing service from the team especially from Nick and Felix. They went above and beyond to ensure we all had a good time. The food and alcohol was top notch. Will definitely be back in the future. Thanks for making my 21st such a memorable night.

We hosted a fundraiser ball here for around 80 people on Saturday and could not recommend Parked Up more! So accomodating, amazing venue and Nick is an absolute legend. Alcohol/food awesome. The staff were super friendly and chill which is exactly what we were after. Had many people during the night comment on how epic the venue was. 10000% would do again and would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

I was lucky enough that my 40th Party was able to held at Parked Up between the Lockdowns of 2020 - Nick, an Auckland Hospitality Industry Veteran who runs Parked Up was across all aspects of making sure the night went amazing. His Staff are no bunch of ring-ins either, they all went out of their way to make sure all of the Guest had a great time. Unlike other venues the Beverage budget went way further than expected and all of the food (almost all of which was prepared on site) served hit the mark and was well received. The variety of spaces are ideal for setting up a pumping dancefloor but still having plenty of areas where it is easy to catch up and talk with someone too. Nick is always evolving the venue and has some exciting changes coming up. Book this 'hidden in plain sight' venue and you will not be disappointed!
