It's completely worry-free when we had Kirsten taking care of our boys when we were away. Love seeing our boys though her Facebook updates. We have now moved to Australia so we are gonna miss the good services Kirsten provided.”

We love it so much that we travel all the way from South East Auckland just so our doggo can stay here, even if it is just for a weekend trip.”

“We had the sad and hard decision to put our dog to sleep. Mobile vets were so kind and understanding from start to finish. They arrived and had a nice genuine chat asking how we had come to the decision and confirmed this was the kindest option for Max in his old age. Vet and vet nurse talked us through what would happen. They were so patient and we never felt rushed. They gave us time with Max after and could tell they genuinely cared. Highly recommend as Max was relaxed and in his home when he went.”

“My little puppy has just gone along for his first day and I'm already super impressed. The staff are beyond friendly, they knew my puppies name without ever having met him and they provide regular updates on the first day with personalised feedback. “So nice to meet Hayley today when I took Earl to her for his first visit to The Gentle Groomer. The emphasis here has to be on the word gentle.Warm, caring and welcoming would be a few other words I would use when talking about Hayley. Earl has not had the best of experiences with groomers previously and being an anxious little one I was hoping to find somewhere and someone that could make his haircut day more enjoyable and less stressful for him. We hit that jackpot today. He looked wonderful when I collected him, loved the shaping around his face, eyes, and mouth particularly. Hayley’s policy of only ever one dog at a time also added to the calming experience that Earl had today. Thank you so much Hayley and Earl looks forward to seeing you again in December.”

“By far the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever had. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, knowledgeable, even the student that was there at the time with the vet was incredible and so helpful. They were keen to help our dog, to take care of her while she was there and to go above and beyond to make sure she was okay. Our Samoyed loves them and I am so happy to have found this place, they couldn't have chosen better people to be there. I would recommend everyday of the week!”

“We heard about K9 Heaven through the council when we rescued a dog from the Henderson Pound which we ended up taking to K9 Heaven and since then we’ve taken all our dogs there. Doggydan recommended K9 Heaven as well. Our dog Loki that was found on the southern motorway in Auckland at 12 weeks absolutely loved K9 Heaven and so did his companion our little staffi. They are brilliant with the dogs. The staff are wonderful, I know my dogs enjoyed it there because they didn’t want to come back out. I highly recommend anyone to take their dogs to K9 Heaven. I haven’t come across another daycare like it when they get to go on a pack run and play in the mud in the creek and have a shower and come home smelling nice thank you everyone for the brilliant Service .”

“My precious, beautiful sweet girl became very ill. The love and care she received from everyone, namely BETH, was just top notch. It was a very scary time, something I don’t wish on anyone and their beloved pet. Richard and his team are just wonderful along with the amazing reception team. Eventually, after what seemed like forever, our sweet princess got better and she’s back to normal, albeit a little extra precious”

“I can’t recommend Doctor Dr enough! The after-care service is incredible – Paul genuinely goes above and beyond. When I reached out about an issue with my dog, he told me if things didn’t improve over the weekend, he would personally come to my house to check on my dog. I also texted him about plaque concerns on my dog’s teeth and he called me straight away with helpful advice. On top of the amazing service, the food itself is excellent quality and actually more affordable than the big brands – plus it feels great to be supporting a local NZ business. Truly outstanding service and product!”

“We absolutely love this place! We were worried at first as our pup wasn’t very social, but this place has totally transformed him. He’s more confident, social and loves playing with the other dogs. I love the fact that we keep getting updates and photos/videos throughout the day. We truely feel that they care and love our pup! He is always excited to go there and is happy and exhausted once back! Will definitely recommend!”

“Piha Beachstay was such a beautiful surprise. The location is perfection, you can walk to the beach, hikes, waterfalls, and into town to grab a coffee. The shared space and rooms were incredibly clean. The hostel was very quiet for us so if you are looking for a peaceful stay this is the place. Absolutely stunning location and if the weather is good you are in for a treat!”

“It is the little things....what a gorgeous place to stay. Tracy was super friendly and so accommodating. We mixed up our times and she was happy to help. The room was very comfortable and morning tea and coffee just outside our room was perfect. Breakfast downstairs with a beautiful view. We could not have asked for more. “Husband and I had such a great week long stay here. Sandy and Glen were great hosts sharing with us their personal recommendations and answering all our questions regarding NZ. Our room had a wonderful view of Little Manly Beach. The hotel is conveniently located for a quick walk to town for great meals and/or a relaxing swim at Big Manly Beach. Our room was equipped for preparing simple meals. We could enjoy dining in our room at the large table or on the verandah outside our room overlooking the beach. Absolutely beautiful. Sandy and Glen do offer an extra breakfast option. Glen is mighty talented with those poached eggs. Enjoy.”

“Took my test last Saturday. The place is so conducive than other test sites.,staffs are friendly and approachable. They made me feel comfortable, specially in the speaking test part. “Our stay at the Delamore Lodge was fantastic! The lodge is unique and comfortable, with an incredible view. We loved waking up in the morning to the ocean view from our room and hiking down to the nearby bay. The service is phenomenal, very friendly and attentive staff. The food is 10/10-so fresh and we enjoyed trying the local foods! Wonderful breakfast by the fire each morning, evening appetizers, and the “Trust the Chef” dinner we had as fantastic. If you are looking for a charming lodge and great cuisine, the delamore is the place for you!”
