Communication was prompt and clear and when things went awry thanks to one of our cats picking up a flea, they sprang in to action to get everything sorted out for us, and the cats, and took great care of them when we had travel on ahead. I had lots of updates from them and felt utterly confident that the cats were in safe and caring hands. Would highly recommend.”
