   So nice to meet Hayley today when I took Earl to her for his first visit to The Gentle Groomer. The emphasis here has to be on the word gentle.Warm, caring and welcoming would be a few other words I would use when talking about Hayley. Earl has not had the best of experiences with groomers previously and being an anxious little one I was hoping to find somewhere and someone that could make his haircut day more enjoyable and less stressful for him. We hit that jackpot today. He looked wonderful when I collected him, loved the shaping around his face, eyes, and mouth particularly. Hayley’s policy of only ever one dog at a time also added to the calming experience that Earl had today. Thank you so much Hayley and Earl looks forward to seeing you again in December.

   We visited Hayley Yesterday for the first time, really pleased as Dora had no issues and enjoyed her stay, Hayley lived up to her name The Gentle Dog Groomer, very patient and lovely with Dora, nice and handy to where we live, I have booked well in advance as it’s hard to get an appointment…..

   Hands down the most caring, kind and skilled groomer you will find. Both Jess and Diesel go to The Gentle Groomer and love their pampering time with Hayley. Jess is a fluff ball and comes out smelling and looking fabulous Jess has sensitive skin and is treated with care and understanding and loves getting her nails done a true achievement! It is so easy, drop dogs off then a couple of hours later collect 2 happy, calm beautifully cared for groomed and manicured dogs. I particularly like the photos and txt updates I receive during their pampering sessions it’s the go to beauty parlour for your fur baby. Thanks Hayley.

   The two pics are before and then the other two are after. Thank you Hayley once again! Your knowledge and competency was evident from our first point of contact. Booking was made super easy. Confirmation email highlighted all I needed to know. Thank you for being so efficient and empathetic with Angelica's grooming. Location - easy to find and Hayley updated me on parking. Information was drip fed as to when it would help me, the client the most. Hygiene level - 100% Just perfect. Angel on the other hand left all tall tail wagging and has been a happy baby since pickup with a new bow - thanks to Hayley! Angel is super bitey when it comes to grooming and literally runs to hide when the s-word (shower) is mentioned. Hayley handled Angel the best I have seen. I cannot thank you enough. Cost - reasonable. Absolute elite treatment and service. We cannot wait to see you again and try new styles.

   Hayley was so incredibly patient with my *super nervous* Meg. Despite initially planning to do her nail trim and ear clean in just 30 minutes, Hayley ended up spending almost 1.5 hours trying to win her over, going through 2 packets of treats in the process. She managed to wipe her ears nicely and trim 2 nails. I could see Hayley was disappointed she didn't manage to get everything done, but that's still more than we managed in 18 months. Despite spending all this time & effort, Hayley still charged the base amount and I'm super thankful that she kept it so affordable. I do hope for Hayley that she has better clients than Meg & me though!

   Hayley has an amazing talent for making my puppy feel at ease. Riley is a nervous wee man and she knows how to get him to calm down. He has been to her twice but this was his first full on groom and he looks amazing. I am really happy to have found and can highly recommend her.
