Don't be here too early before 8:30AM. Otherwise you will have to wait until staff open the door. The lockers are not quite working. I requested several times for help, although the Asian girl at front desk is very nice and kind, it's still not a good memory. The exam was in 9:00AM but actually when I finishes all the tutorials. It was already 9:25AM when I started the listening. The computers didn't have input methods for any other languages, while Gemini told me they should have....Wasted me some precious time on taking the translated notes and ideas on the paper. It is available to put the headset on all the time for noise reduction even after listening. There are breaks between each part on the computer test, and the test will go forward only when you click the 'next' button, which is quite a good chance to take a breath. But just remember don't drink too much water. Speaking test was held in the afternoon, the male examiner was quite nice and friendly, although I was so afraid when I met him because of other comments. Finally get 6.5 for speaking which beyonds my expectation, in the end I'm not the native speaker and I originally thought I messed up the last part. The scores are given after just 1 day in the afternoon. Far beyond my imagination. Well done. I appreciate they were still working even in the holiday period. Overall I rate this place 4.5 Stars for there are some facilities not perfect. Hope they would consider some new lockers and advice BC to put various input methods in the computer, I don't think it should be hard for a Windows 10.

While the facility and staff were professional, I would not recommend this centre due to the speaking examiner. A friend of mine who took the test here before me also complained about the male examiner, and I was the next one. This was absolutely the most traumatic speaking test experience I've ever had (last year I took a test at Massey Uni, and the examiner was very nice). I hope no one else has to waste their money on IELTS retakes just because they failed the Speaking section here.

Took my test last Saturday. The place is so conducive than other test sites.,staffs are friendly and approachable. They made me feel comfortable, specially in the speaking test part. Test equipments are clean,particularly the headphones, they had new ear covers.Will definitely endorsed this testing area to my family and friends. Thanks alot

An enormous challenge. For many months, I have been struggling for the good result, at least an eligible one, and I have been in desperation,and eventually, I achieved, dramaticly.those men and womon who work at there are alll kind, helpful and adorable, by their assistance and own experience, the test can be conquered overwhelmingly.
