“Very grateful to Creature Comforts for looking after our two doggos for nearly 4 weeks, one of them was recovering from an infected wound on drop off. Unfortunately they’re not too active on social media so we couldn’t stalk our dogs while overseas, but communication from the start was great and they reached out to us when they had concerns and contacted the local vet appropriately. We appreciated how food is included in the lodging and the dogs were washed on pick up. Will definitely use them again in the future”

“First time visiting Pet House with our Maltese/Shitzhu cross and this will now be her regular groomers. Our dog does not normally like going to the groomers however after her first visit she didn’t seem to want to leave! “Nice place and easy to get to from the motorway if your heading south but a bit tricky to get to if your heading north. We decided to try this pet motel as our usual pet motel was full and it ended up being cheaper. The owners are lovely people and they know what they are doing. However one downside is if your dropping of a dog and a cat you have to go to different entrances. However they also don't have eftpos but they will take cash or give you a bank transfer slip. Will happily use them again.”

“OMG! What an experience! We left our German Shepherd in a pet lodge for the second time and first time with Fairfield Pet Lodge. We are super impressed with the Fairfield: facilities are huge, everything looks super professional. We could see that our dog absolutely enjoyed his stay, he was even washed and brushed - we have never seen our dog so bright and fluffy. The only question I have is who was on holiday - we or the dog? Looks like the dog...))) Will definitely be back!”

“Excellent service.. Took my cat in there for major clean up after getting attacked by Dogs. They took care of him like it's their own pet. Even got a vet on a phone just to get a second opinion. Words can't describe the high level and quality of service I received which even included a follow up phone call a few weeks later to check if my cat was doing okay. . Highly recommend.”

“We put our dog moose in there for 5days it was am emergency and they took him with no problems. When we arrived the surroundings were like a holiday camp, wow I could have stayed there. The staff were amazing and the kennels were clean big and just like a holiday home for dogs. My daughter and I were very impressed. I would definitely recommend these kennels to everyone. We live out west and the trek was well worth it.”

“I ordered two coats, One for my one year-old Shih Tzu/toy poodle puppy and one for my elderly spoodle. The coats are beautifully made from quality materials and ideal for those chilly “last thing at night” garden trips, as the Velcro fastings make them quick and easy to put on and take off. I have several friends who are going to buy these jackets and I would highly recommend them.”
