I have been taking my dog Gem to Simone for over 10 years now. The love and care received is incredible and Gem always comes away looking amazing. Simone is a beautiful person inside and out and adores all the animals that come through her door. The duty of care for a groom is always above and beyond. I cannot recommend this salon enough!
We’ve been taking our miniature schnauzer, Marlo, to Simone since he was a puppy, and she is truly the best groomer ever. We constantly get comments on how good his haircut looks, and it’s all thanks to her skill and attention to detail. Simone is incredibly professional, friendly, and has such a lovely, gentle way with her animal clients. Marlo absolutely loves going to see her — which says everything! Highly recommend Simone and her amazing grooming service.

Took our cat Boffee to be shaved. Appalling service from the get-go. We were asked to arrive early and then we waited 20 minutes after our original appointment outside in the hot sun while they finished a job they neglected to inform us was running long. There are many collars and harnesses they use when grooming pets and for some mysterious reason they never bothered using one for our cat and just held him down manually. Our cat required the vet after being groomed by these people. He was not secured, being held and shaved by the same person; jumped off the table and was cut by the clippers. They had the nerve to insist we still pay them. Boffee needed stitches, anesthetic, anti-biotics and pain relief, with a vet bill of $950. When the invoice had been sent, Muddy Paw Groomers went on a very long tangent about how it was all our fault and how hard the job was for them. They’re now refusing to communicate with us. Attached is their response to taking responsibility for their terrible process and also photos of our poor boy's injury. If this is how you react to maiming a client, something is seriously wrong with you. Please keep your pets away from this place that makes Sweeney Todd safe & professional by comparison. Cannot dis-recommend enough. -10 out of 10. *Attached response Im very upset about the accident that happened today, an accident that could have been avoided in hindsight. Number 1 rule of grooming is "never let the owner stay." Today was a prime example of this. Boffee isn't an easy cat to groom at the best of times, but today, with having both you and your mother here, calling him, talking to him, and trying to pet him, etc. while we are trying to do our job, made for a very stressful time for him. Both myself and my partner told you both numerous times that there was too much going on, and we asked you several times to please "shhh." we could see how much it was stressing Boffee. I have never had anything like this happen in all my years of grooming animals, and I'm very upset for Boffee. All my clients normally sign a waiver that IF an accident does occur I am not liable for costs, just like clients are not liable for my medical bills due to their pets injuring myself or my assistant, you were verbally told this on your first visit to me. I had dreadful dreadlocks on my belly and under armpits because my long fur gets all tangled up. Lucky my slave found Simone who quickly and painlessly got rid of all that extra fluff and I feel wonderful - thank you!
I phoned Simone to ask if she could book my little Dog Jessie in for a trim. To my amazement, she offered to fit her in today. They treated Jessie with love and catered for her insecurities. Th end result was great.thank you so much Simone
