    Overcrowded cages with no natural perches and mostly without toys, some cages had one. Under the top shelf hardly even had light. All birds screaming, some looking like they were trying to get out of the cage. Cockatoo looked bored, was alone and had 1 toy, and a mauled cardboard box and mauled wooden perch thing above the cage, and cage did not look clean. Very disappointing to see anywhere, let alone a pet supply store. Don’t see any “quality” in the care of their birds.

    The young employee there was very helpful in helping me find what I needed to find and she was not mumbling under her breath or anything under those lines. I am very happy with the service that had been provided to me and I am looking forward to shopping there more because of the great quality in the bird seeds and other supplies I had purchased and the amazing employee that complemented me and made sure my experience was truly amazing, and I know this is for a shop but I felt the need to say how happy I was with my service.

    I bought Lorikeet Formula Wet - Topflite × 1 in July and opened the package a few days ago. The powder is damp and clamps when mixed with hot water. Also the packaging was not even the same as what is listed on the website and they refused to give me a refund. The first picture was a comparison between the one they sent me and another one bought from Petstock constellation Dr. The second picture is how it looks like from the Petstock one and the third picture is how it looks like from Quality Bird and Pet Supplies. The last picture is what they listed on the website.
