   I’m a little disappointed. We took our cat into the cattery for 10 days, and was charged a lot more than what he we were told when booking. All because they changed their prices AFTER I had booked, I’m more then happy to pay, it just would have been nice to at least send out an email or something to let us know they have put their prices up $3 more a day. We even showed the price we were quoted (in the email) and there was no care.

   My dog didn't end up staying here as I had to cancel the booking last minute. However I did view the facilities last week and it looked good. The rooms for each dog are spacious and the outside area is large and subdivided into different quarters where different groups of dogs can play together. Staff were friendly and accommodating and they feed them black hawk which is a good brand. I think this would be a fun place for dogs to stay!

   Wow! What a disappointment Our dog has stayed with you guys 4 times now and she loves it. Unfortunately she got Kennel cough from you guys last night and didn’t have anything to tell us! I don’t understand how it is not identified and dealt with the amount of dogs you have in your care. This wasn’t the most disappointing part; it was when my partner called you and you tried to say we are to blame, our dog doesn’t socialise with dogs (at least not in a month) and she stayed with you 2 weekends on a row. This really is disrespectful as we know how and when we socialise our dog. Telling us it wasn’t you it was us is a big no no when you’re doing costumer service, all we wanted to do was warn you and telling you it’s going around and you basically got out our dog sick. Also we asked her for a bath a few weeks ago and you never gave it to her until I mentioned it when I picked her up. Also what is up with the photo situation? I have asked about 3 times since her stay to get photos, you have all our information and you just didn’t send any. Its a shame cause she loves it there but the trust we have to take care of our dog is ruined.
