   Seriously offended by the seller. Received the cat grass two weeks ago, followed the instructions but no grass came out at all after one week until the seeds became smelly. Thankfully the seller sent me a replacement that is supposed to contain a bag of vermiculite and a bag of seeds. Unfortunately, I opened the parcel today but there was only vermiculite with no seeds at all so one Email was sent to the seller asking for help. Crazy next, the seller called back but her attitude was extremely aggressive and she strongly suspected I lied to her. She kept asking me "Are you sure you opened the parcel yourself?" for many times even though I confirmed. Eventually she refused to provide any help. I couldn't believe she put me in such an ugly position in the first place. Why do I need to lie for a bag of seeds? I'm extremely upset by her attitude! What a shame.
