Absolutely taken back by the amazing customer service we received today. Called to ask what dog shampoos they have for itchy/sensitive skin & the lady in the phone was incredibly helpful asking questions & providing advice. We came in to purchase & she had gone so we spoke to the lovely gentleman who also offered amazing advice, which led to us not even needing to purchase anything in the end!! I will be coming here for all our pets needs from now on. Very genuine, knowledgeable helpful people.
Always a pleasure being able to stop in on my way from work and get what I need for the chooks and fish. Staff are always helpful and friendly. This is a lovely local family owned store that should be supported by the community. It's so conveniently located and its great to see family businesses still going in this age of malls, and big franchises. It seems to me that the few 1 star reviewers such as Ms Boyce are just serial moaners who contribute very little to society other than negativity and bad vibes. Shame on her - (see her other delightful reviews where she is roasted by other hard working business owners) - and biggups to the team at Pet Shop Boyz

My absolute favourite pet shop. Lovely, lovely owners. I love that it's a family store and has been for around 20 years. In fact, I enjoy supporting this buisness. It's a 20 minute drive from home whilst animates is only 5 minutes from my house but Pet Shop Boyz are so much better. Cheaper, a good variety, extremely caring, and very helpful.
The best pet shop. Just bought a lovely bed for my dog. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Support local!
