“So impressed with customer care. Went in today with a drawer handle, about 8-9 years old. The chrome was flaking off. After providing some info we were advised that a replacement handle will be sent out in the next day or so. No talk of charging us. This type of service means we will definitely return as we have another bathroom that needs refurbishing. Thank you”

“We have bought two floor beds from KitSmart. Very good quality and reasonable price. Honestly, floor beds work much better than the crib if you want to get some sleep in their younger ages when they just need you around. Our toddler barely slept in the crib and we didn’t bother to try to use it for our 2nd.”

“It’s a tiny drive into the cafe. Drive slow you can zip right past it. Delicious Altura coffee. Lots of food options both in the cabinet and on the board. About 5 or 6 tables outside great on a sunny day. If there’s any left when you get there try the cheese scone !!!”

One kind gentleman English guy told to me to call them and said he would get someone to come to my house to put one together. “I'm not normally one to right reviews but these guys deserve it. After driving over half of Auckland looking to buy a fridge, these guys, in particular Andrew, were absolutely amazing. I was not dressed up and had been ignored by all the retailers and sales people at other businesses I had visited prior to Magness Benrow but these guys gave me amazing customer service and I was not judged by my appearance. Andrew was very knowledgeable, I told him what I was needing and asked for his opinion and he suggested many points across the fridges I was looking at that I hadn't even thought of. Andrew made the entire process stress free and enjoyable. I purchased the Fridge on Saturday and it was delivered to my house Tuesday. No delays, very efficient. The delivery guys were great! They were very careful and even moved my old fridge into the garage for me. A+++++ will be coming here for any new appliances in the future.”
