Had a defective methven shower head. Gentleman promptly traced like for like in replacement Advised of price and ordered part. The gentleman was courteous and his general customer service was excellent.
Ada from the showroom is incredible. We unfortunately had a product that failed prematurely from one of their suppliers but she went out of her way to make the replacement seamless for us, even to the point of keeping on top of the contractor who needed to install it. Ada we can't thank you enough! We're not going to remember our faulty product but we will remember your service.
