   I love my JAG kitchen!! I am so happy to have used this company and with the help of designer Christine I have my dream kitchen. I had a very small budget. And Christine right from the start helped design a kitchen to fit my budget. We pulled out the old kitchen and this was installed within 6 weeks. What is outstanding is the quality of the kitchen! I am very happy and can highly recommend JAG kitchens!! And designer Christine!

   My basic, very dark and dated smallish u-shaped kitchen badly needed updating. Frances was so helpful, obliging and very patient in tweaking the plan until we had it just right. I am 100% satisfied with the end result; I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen. It looks bright and modern and feels so spacious. Everything came together so well in an efficient and timely manner. A sincere thank you to Frances, to the production team, to Craig the awesome installer, to Karl who installed the kickboards & strip lighting and to the team who made the stone benchtop and splashback with utmost precision. Everyone has been amazing! A seamless operation. Highly recommended!!

   Terrible service from the installers. They put on the wrong stone on my kitchen island. Then the installer left a big bag of personal rubbish in my house. Very unprofessional. Now I noticed he actually installed a backing board upside down so the holes don’t match the holes on the side of the cupboard. The shelves ended up without support in the middle so they bowed. There was no attention to detail. Many screw holes were not covered and some handles were installed crooked. Management did not deal with complaints well. I regret my investment with these people

   Super stoked with our new kitchen from Jag. Great communication the whole way though and pride in their work. Any issues were quickly resolved (doors needed adjustments after flooring installed). High quality materials used throughout and will no doubt last for many many years! Special thanks to Christene who listened to what we wanted and designed it beautifully!
