   Sick of being dicked around!!!! CRAP bathroom accessories. Leaky corriding tap and pop up plug jammed down. Sent them messages, photos and video and they still want more video!!!! Listen to your plumber when they say buy good quality tapware. Worth paying a bit more instead of having to call the plumber in to fix rubbish tapware!!!

   Absolutely appalling and unacceptable delivery experience. The driver personally confirmed over the phone that he would help carry the vanities upstairs, we arranged a handyman to assist. When the time came, he flat-out lied, denied ever agreeing, and dumped everything in the garage without informing us. Parts of my order were heartlessly left in the hallway blocking the passage, we would have to move everything again to get the vanities into the bathrooms. This isn’t just poor customer service — it shows a complete lack of respect/consideration, and basic honesty! We feel misled and let down. The delivery person and the store would not do anything to remedy either. THEY DO NOT CARE! It’s disgraceful that a company operates this way and would allow this kind of behavior from their delivery staff.

   Great little store. Has all your bathroom needs. Just minus one (more like 0.5) star because each time I went in there was always one lady stationary at the front desk, would not stand and help customers out- maybe that's her only job she's allowed to do? I don't know? There was another lady/ worker juggling 2 customers during my first visit, and during another visit, we were left alone to browse around the shop. My purchase was not given to me at the shop, I needed to go to their warehouse on Rosebank Rd (though not far, just a little inconvenient but understandable) 2 doors down from Subway, down a wide steep driveway and to the left. Worth looking at their trade me stores too.

   NZHomeware forgot to send the item I ordered then claimed the courier had lost it when reminded. Subsequently they supplied the wrong item twice before before finally admitting they did not have the item I ordered in stock. 1 month later I am waiting for a refund and will have to find the item I am looking for elsewhere. The only upside is that their customer services team is quick and responsive to emails.

   Friendly and helpful weekend staff. I called on Monday to confirm delivery times and was told 1-2 days within Auckland. Waited the week with no sign of delivery so order was becoming urgent. Called the team at Avondale come Saturday and was assisted by a lovely young East Asian? lady who organized for a duplicate order to be packed up by the east Tamaki team (they are closer to the construction site) ready for immediate pick up. They even offered to pay return postage for the original order which arrived late. Great communication between the two teams resulting in smooth service even during covid. Good looking stock, good prices, good quality. Highly recommend.

   Kitchen sink very good. Shower tray and door good. Shower liner NO good. Our shower installation guy would not install liner, said it was too poor quality. But other shower accessories were fine.
