“What lovely people in the devonport hammer hardware. I bought a pedestal fan from there on Saturday tried to put it together told them on Sunday didn't know what I was doing. One kind gentleman English guy told to me to call them and said he would get someone to come to my house to put one together. The guys are also a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. Dean and Franz are both fantastic, especially Franz whom we've met twice. With the pandemic and all there's understandably challenges with shipping and logistics and it's a worldwide problem - the team at Smooch has been able to keep us up to date with the shipment of our orders, and to provide accurate updates. We received our goods within the time frame we were told, and while waiting for our shipment to be delivered, the team at Smooch also provided us with a set of loan sofa. Absolutely incredible!
