The staff here are incredible, super respectful, helpful and quick to get things sorted. Iβve had contact with a few staff members when coming in to collect items or when browsing, and have been impressed by their friendliness every single time. More recently, I had purchased an office chair which had a few pieces missing. I went in store on Tuesday afternoon to see what the following steps would be, and was happy to hear that the missing pieces could be shipped out within three days max! However that afternoon, I was contacted by Peter, whom clarified the exact pieces I needed and hand delivered them to my house the very next day, less than 24 hours after raising the issue! I am genuinely beyond happy with the service I received and couldnβt be more impressed with the staff at Target Furniture Wairau!

A bed frame we had purchased from Target many years ago unfortunately broke. Peter K, service manager picked up the request I had placed to find replacement parts to repair the frame. Peter was able to provide the parts, fix the issue and put the frame back together really quickly. His depth of knowledge and skill was incredible. Peter is the kind of rare person who understands customer service, he was prompt with his service, trustworthy, friendly, easy to communicate with and goes out of his way to provide excellent service. The sales team at Target are great. Steven assisted us with the purchase of our beautiful lounge suite, outside furniture and headboard - making the experience a great one. Although there was a hiccup with the delivery of the lounge suite, Peter came to the rescue. He was prompt to fix the problem, keeping my husband and I in the loop every step of the way. He was very understanding of the situation that arose, and ensured that the end result was a very positive one.
I purchased a lovely Tipaz dining table and storage set from Target. There was a slight construction error in one of the pieces and a technician by the name of Peter came over to help me fix it. I just wanted to say that I had such a positive experience with Peter. He was both very professional and polite, and quickly resolved my issue. Thank you very much for the help :)
We had issues with the sliders on a tall boy drawer we purchased. Peter was put on the job to help fix the problem. His service is excellent! Great communication, kept me posted on the status of my request and arrived at my place promptly as promised to fix the drawer. Not only that, he also taught me something I never knew about drawer sliders, that will help me maintain it in the future. I really appreciate this and your service Peter!
