   Really clean and tidy. Great size area now compared to before. Nikhil the warehouse assistant was great help for myself and those that I watched that could of parked their car closer but parked far and he did not seem worried or bothered. Great system as well showing the screen in the warehouse ans how long each order will take and how many have been picked from the shelves as there is a waiting process.

   Excellent range and quality of furniture. My family have purchased items in previous years including a chest freezer and lounge suite and are still fully functioning. I have recently purchased a king size bed frame, king mattress and 2 side draws. Great quality and packaging. Affordable price (including delivery) with different payment options made this purchase even better. Delivery was within the expected time frame, and communication was great. Would highly recommend - Thank you

   If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with this shoe rack and with the customer service. After assembly, there was a 1 cm gap in the doors. When I contacted the store, their “solution” was to tell me to adjust the hinges. How can redistributing a huge 1 cm gap to the sides make it acceptable? Such a response is an insult to customers’ intelligence, and sadly matches the poor quality of the product. Even worse, the shoe rack has an unbearable chemical smell. At first, I thought it was from the shoes, but after clearing out the cabinet, leaving the doors open, and airing it for three days, the strong sour and toxic-like odor was still there. I even started to worry if the smell might be harmful. Terrible quality and terrible experience. I would strongly advise against buying this product.

   Do not waste your time with this company. You are better off paying a little extra and receiving products that are not damaged and not have to deal with their poor customer service. I ordered a console table, it arrived damaged so i asked for a replacement (its OK, things happen) Replacement arrived, damaged again! Asked for another replacement (2nd time ok must be bad luck) 3rd replacement arrives and guess what? Not only was it damaged it was the exact same console table I sent back! Speaking with the customer service member Ankita I wanted to speaker with their manager. She refused to give me much details and was told she can only refund me $12 which was me delivery fee, keep in mind this saga took 2 months to resolve and even the 4th time they sent it, it was still damaged and had a different color handles as advertised. These guys have poor customer service and products. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

   .Edit yes they have said they would give a $25 refund but havent yet given it , they have said they will only give it to me once i take down reviews. Worst customer service ever , half of the plastic plug bits missing called got hung up on over and over guy didn't understand a word I said, off to far go as this is a kid product and dangerous, not worth the money , don't ever shop with this place as they don't fix ther mistakes , asked for a manger and they hung up . Don't buy bed from this place they are unsafe.

   Not very happy with this company. Bought a couch which is faulty. Have been trying to resolve this issue for over 2 weeks. Offered me a $50 refund which I declined as I do not want a faulty item. Have asked for this couch to be taken away and to receive a refund. They have asked me to deliver it to them. I said I don’t have a van and spent $80 Already on getting delivered to my house. Now they won’t organise a collection with the courier company as I don’t have the right packaging for the couch. I didn’t expect this couch to be broken so all the packaging has been recycled and picked up in the collection. Have asked them to send me some “suitable packaging”. For two days now. Called. No one is getting back to me. Just a very disappointed customer. And doubt anyone will even get back to today. Not sure how long I am going ti have to wait to get this collected or even a response. EDIT: In regards to the many solutions you have given me. Why do you lie? Looking at all the comments and reviews below. Seems like you have disappointed a lot of people. Also you have sold me a damaged product. I have spent $80 on delivery. Now you want me to spend another $80 to get it back delivered. Leaving me $160 out of pocket. It seems like you guys are using this website to SCAM people out of money. You also offered to send your courier to pick up the couch and I have asked multiple times for you to send me the appropriate packaging so I can send this back to you. Also you’re the one’s who aren’t responding to my emails. So you need to reply to me. Not the other way around. Please stop lying.

   Save yourself the heartache of dealing with this absolute abomination of a company. Saying that their product is poor quality doesn't do justice to how bad it is. The only thing worse than the quality of the Chinese rubbish they sell is their customer service. Lie after lie and about 4 hours of my life spent dealing with them to get a partial refund for a 3 month old rusty greenhouse. Would give -5 stars if possible, would consider sitting on train tracks, pouring acid in my eyes or removing my own kidneys with a fork as more enjoyable alternatives to ever dealing with them again.
