They very quietly and gently tell you everything you need to know, while letting you try and experience the difference between the different mattresses and products.    We went to several bed shops around Wairau looking for our new bed. Not only did we get what I felt was the best deal on the bed we ended up choosing, the service was definitely the best. We were encouraged to take our time when getting a feel for the beds, they provided a variety of pillows so you can match how you'd sleep at home. I was really impressed. They even distracted our toddler for a bit so we could concentrate! Bed showed up 2 weeks after purchase and we're very happy.
