“Just been to Lumino The Dentists in Pukekohe for my first ever filling at 38 years old. Until I was 27 I saw a dentist at least once a year. Then I had kids and doing things like the dentist dropped off the list of things to do. If I had continued to see a dentist regularly, I likely would not need this filling, so back to annual dentist visits and biannual visits with the hygienist. However, the positive today is I had an absolute amazing experience with Gurleen and Shirley. They were knowledgeable, kind, kept me informed of what was happening, plus I got a forehead massage and absolutely no pain during the procedure. While the wonderful Gail kept an eye out on my kids as they watched a movie. When I heard my youngest cry, Shirley dashed out to check on her and kept me updated on the kids. Plus hygienist Stephanine was amazing earlier this month too. So this is your reminder to a) priorities yourself you are important and/or b) book your dentist appointment as your regular health care.
