Had my implant organised and work done by Dr Ranee and her colleague very happy with the procedure . Especially getting all the paperwork sorted and approved by other party . Now im more confident to put on a real smile to my face with out covering my teeth . Excellent work team
Dr Ranee and the rest of the team at Lumino made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and reassured me throughout my entire procedure. Would definitely recommend them especially if you have dental anxiety like myself.
I highly recommend Dr Ranee if any one is looking for dentist on the Shore . She is very experienced. She knows how to handle her clients, super nice , very good sense of humour.
For someone who is scared to death of Dentists, I absolutely recommend Dr Ranee. She is super nice , really gentle and regularly checked up that I don't feel anything. She even gave me a stress ball to squeeze as a distraction. Wouldn't go anywhere else after my appointment with her.
This is the first dental practice where I feel extremely comfortable. The service here is top tier and my favourite people here are Wendy and Dr Chin. Super welcoming from the beginning of my visit to the end. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good dental treatment!!
I went to see Dr Chin, and he and his dental assistant did an amazing job at extracting my wisdom teeth. It was painless and comfortable and they explained everything I needed to know in great detail. I highly recommend this place, it is top quality and is affordable compared to most other places.
Honestly, the amount of times I have tried to ring/email this practice without any answer or reply. I just want to go to see the dentist. I am literally trying to spend my money. I'd love to be proven that this practice is capable of the same consistent level of service I have previously experienced at the Quay St branch for many years.
Charlie Meade is absolutely fabulous doing a "Near Painless root canal"; after all the horror stories of "root canal", I was very worried (needn't have been). Charlie is a Kind Gentle Giant in his field. I also allowed Charlie to fix my other teeth which were in disrepair. Fully recommended from this CAB volunteer. I like,Oliver (in another review post) was told breathe through my nose; so as not to swallow any rubbish or water into the lungs & to not fog Charlie's glasses.
This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr Rucastle was attentive, gentle and extremely patient and explanatory. He was honest in his opinion and provided comprehensive answers to every query I had with no hesitation. Most importantly his advice was well thought out and wonderfully genuine. A fantastic experience with a uniquely lovely Dr and Dental Assistant. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in your profession!
