   I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share our experience. Both of my sisters left this orthodontist in tears not just once, but multiple times. The procedures were clearly painful, and instead of offering any comfort or reassurance, the orthodontist laughed when one of my sisters was visibly terrified and crying. That level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical environment. There were also multiple instances where their mouths were cut during treatment, leading to bleeding again, without any apology or acknowledgment. The attitude was consistently cold, dismissive, and rude. It's incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of empathy and basic care for patients, especially young ones. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a clinic that values compassion and professionalism, look elsewhere.

   Dr Ann has done an amazing job fixing my teeth and confidence would recommend her for anybody wanting braces. Heather and the rest of the team are absolutely awesome to, so friendly and welcoming would not go anywhere else

   Lack of transparency of costs and information about consultation. I received a message advising that I needed to reschedule my daughters apt. This is over a year since her missed appointment. At NO time during the rebooking, was I reminded of what the appointment was for, advised of what would be happening, or that it would cost me $300.00. I thought I was booking her in for a check-up. When we arrived for her "check-up", again, no one bothered to say what would be happening during the consult, what the plan was, or that it would cost. It wasn't until everything had been done and we were walking out the door that the receptionist said there was a $300 charge. Instead - I was expected to know all of this, because it was advised to us over a year ago. Definitely do not recommend this place. If I had of been advised what was happening, I would have sought quotes from other providers. I'd expect a dentist to be transparent and informative. Neither of which this place provides. Wonder what else they are not transparent about - maybe adding additional services, that aren't necessary. Anyway, I'm looking forward to receiving my $300 dollar braces plan for my daughter in 6 weeks time, along with all her notes, x-rays, moulds, and what ever else you have on file, so I can take it to other providers for a second opinion and quotes. For anyone thinking about coming here - this review isn't about paying the bill. It's about lack of transparency so you can make an informed decision and non-ethical business practice!!!!

   Extremely Disappointed with Hill Road Orthodontics: Unprofessional and Incompetent Review: My recent experience with Hill Road Orthodontics was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked through their doors, I encountered numerous issues and encountered a level of unprofessionalism that was both surprising and deeply concerning. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others who may be considering this orthodontic practice. First and foremost, the staff at Hill Road Orthodontics displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. From the receptionists to the orthodontists themselves, I found their behavior to be dismissive, unhelpful, and even rude. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and were more focused on rushing through appointments rather than providing quality care. It was disheartening to be treated with such disregard as a patient. Furthermore, the orthodontic treatments provided by Hill Road Orthodontics were far from satisfactory. Despite the hefty price tag attached to their services, I experienced numerous issues with the quality of care I received. The orthodontists seemed inexperienced and lacking in knowledge, often making mistakes and failing to address my concerns adequately. It became evident that they were more interested in pushing through as many patients as possible rather than providing personalized and effective treatment. Additionally, the clinic itself left much to be desired. The facilities were outdated, unclean, and poorly maintained. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the clinic was far from welcoming. It was clear that Hill Road Orthodontics had neglected to invest in creating a pleasant environment for their patients. Moreover, scheduling appointments with Hill Road Orthodontics was a frustrating experience. They consistently ran behind schedule, resulting in excessive waiting times that wasted both my time and that of other patients. It was evident that they overbooked their appointments, prioritizing quantity over quality. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their patients' time was simply unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience with Hill Road Orthodontics was deeply unsatisfactory. The unprofessionalism of their staff, the subpar quality of their orthodontic treatments, the unclean and uncomfortable facilities, and the excessive waiting times make it clear that this practice is far from competent. I strongly advise anyone seeking orthodontic care to consider other reputable and professional clinics that prioritize patient well-being and provide quality treatment. Hill Road Orthodontics falls far short of the standard of care one should expect from an orthodontic practice.

   Basically just crooks, a friend got her braces done, paid and now they ghost her because the braces started falling off and they don't want to pay for their failure, DO NOT GO HERE OR YOULL BE ROBBED

   Professional, detailed treatment plan, state of the art equipment. Thank you so much Ann, I really appreciate the way you made time for me during the course of the treatment. Heather was great at making me feel welcome upon arrivaI. I’m glad the braces are off but I do actually miss coming to see you all.

   It's been about a decade since I first visted the practise. Myself, and my sister, both recieved the same treatment. Extraction & retraction. The "Dr" extracted 4 healthy premolars from each of us, and had us wear rubber bands to "correct" our bites. The end result was my sisters face is now as flat as a frying pan, and I ended up needing $40,000 jaw surgery because I physically couldn't bite down. I could not recommend a worse orthodontist. You're better off burning your money or shredding it than spending it here.
