   When I took my 6 years old girl, lady in reception asked for our visa and then asked us to go to private dentist . We are under work visa and we were registered two years ago but her behaviour was so bad and she didn’t let me to explain that and just was asking to go to other place. finally I asked her to let me explain and when she checked with my phone number she realised we are registered I really got sad and annoyed.

   I registered my boy here when he was four years old three years ago. He is almost seven years and a half now. We have never been offered a chance to get the dental check. I tried to ring them several times but never managed to get hold of anyone. Always voicemails. I understand the pandemic has great impact on our lives. However, this kind of service is still too disappointing.
