I haven’t cleansed my teeth for a good while (oops!), I asked around and my friend recommended Dr. Karis. Highly recommended, a very attentive dentist! The receptionist Sharon was also very friendly and helpful, thanks guys!
Firstly I went to the Sylvia Park branch and didn’t like the dentist too much so I asked to change to another one. Then I was transferred to the Ormiston branch. After the treatment I notice the inside of my mouth was bleeding but today it got infection. The dentist kept pushing the x ray camera into my mouth without even asking if it is okay. My previous experience with Smile Dental was okay. The dentist always asked me if I feel sore I can let them know. But these two times experience just made me so disappointed.Won’t recommend!
Great experience for a dental visit. Very kind and caring dentist - Dr Stella Feng. She was soft spoken and talked through each step. Very quick and meticulous. Thank you for your calming presence.
Second visit with smile dental ormiston under the safe hands of dr Jackie. I’m here to review off other people’s reviews. People need to understand giving a 3 star or less about this place because you waited 30 minutes is extremely selfish. Sometimes dental procedures will take longer then expected. Be patient imagine if he had to cut u short during your extraction and said “well time is up I only got half your tooth out” we can be so demanding sometimes and inconsiderate of others. I stand by dr Jackie as I’ve suffered severe anxiety & depression & have always feared the dentist due to the environment and the prices. Dr Jackie has guided me through both my operations always with a smile and his kind heart. there’s something special about his aura that makes u feel at peace. Also a great a sense of humour . Being a middle class working man it is extremely affordable and also allows payment options. If you find paying in full is to much I’ve highly recommended him to family & work colleagues. Any way A massive thank you dr Jackie for everything and will see you in due to time for my next work on both me and my wife. Do hope you see this also and I do hope people do experience being in your safe hands. Take care champ until then
Dr Jackie - you are THE MAN. Thank you so much for helping my husband not only once but twice with dental work and doing an immaculate job. He suffers severe anxiety, you made him feel at ease and comfortable by easing him in - it was so quick he didnt even know it was done! A well deserved and honest 5 star from us. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Sim was extremely nice and informative. I call her Mayyee because she made me feel right at home and as if I was her best friend. She provided excellent service and definitely the best dental care I have ever experienced. My teeth have never looked and felt better. If it wasn't for the occasional nagging about flossing, I would have given five stars. I will be coming here for all my future dental needs - highly recommended to anyone.
The worst experience from the front desk, do not come here. My appointment was at 3:45PM and I’ve received 2 phone calls and an email couple of days before my appointment to make sure I’m still coming on time. When I came today, I waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to me to say the dentist is running late or anything. I had to come up myself to the reception and wait until someone comes by, as it was unattended. When one of the receptionists finally came I’ve asked how long is the wait and the lady looked away and mumbled another 30 minutes! In the mean time another lady came through which had an appointment at 4 and got let through before me. So for a 15 min consultation I was expected to wait an hour without even an acknowledgement. So rude and disrespectful of people’s time and petrol spent on driving there. Will not come back.
Genuinely had a great experience at Smile Dental Ormiston!! The team was extremely lovely and very informative during the dental procedure. They were really patient and frequently ask if i'm feeling/doing okay. Therefore, I would 100% recommend this branch. Thanks Smile Dental Ormiston!
