Poor experience, the facilities are very dirty. Bad customer service, the receptionist are rude and have no sympathy towards those of low socio economic.
Worse Dental Consultation I've experienced yet. I've been today (Lockdown Level 4), felt like I got cheated out of $80. Skipped my concerns, and only viewed one tooth I mentioned. Unprofessional and gave no warning of x-ray insert that it would hurt inside of my mouth and bring on the toothache. Half arsed Dentist
Im going and pull out my teeth this one i cant feel anything after pull out my teeth they show me the teeth is already pull out thanks you so much im happy for the service highly recommend ❤❤
A hidden gem of a dental practice! Dr. Ho gave a comprehensive explanation of the condition of my teeth which was easy for me to understand. No work was started until they were sure I couldn’t feel any sensation despite it taking a bit longer than normal for the numbing injection to kick in. The whole experience was then strengthened by a caring yet professional approach from both the Dr. and her assistant. Highly recommended even if you’re not from the area. 5/5!
I had my wisdom tooth taken out today. The best experience I've ever had! I've had other teeth removed before but Kimberely was by far the most gentle and patient dentist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Talked me through the whole procedure from start to finish and gave me plenty of time to recover between pulls. The guy she has working with her is also very charming, polite and professional. Thanks so much! Will recommend :) :)
