   The receptionist are extremely helpful and kind. Me and dentist usually only exist in the same space when absolutely nessessary. I become anxious and have panic attacks going to and being at the dentist sometimes. In the past having walked out if the dentist chair. This is the 1st time I have met an gentle dentist who listened and didn't get court up in my anxiety. Gave me time to make decisions with our pressure. I have made an return appointment in a few weeks as this was fixing a large hole after a filling fell out. My husband decided to make an appointment as well after watching the gentle and efficient manner they work in. Easyly assessable and right by bus and train station.

   Jeevan, had great communication efficiency to get dentures done amazing. Reception team are absolutely amazing with sorting appointments and overall meeting them is amazing. Glad to be apart of the Denture Solutions whanau.

   I had the most comfortable experience here. I managed to get a same day appointment and found out I had an infected wisdom tooth and would need an extraction. Something I was hoping wouldn't happen as like many, I am petrified of dentists! Dr Janith Gayan was incredible. He talked through options with me and ensured I felt comfortable. I called a day earlier to chat about options for my nervousness and Gail was reassuring and helped ease my nerves - she took the time to chat to me with great care and kindness. The next day Dr Gayan came into the waiting area and checked up on me, he was incredibly gentle throughout the whole procedure and stopped immediately if I raised my hand. He communicated the whole way through and helped me feel so comfortable! I even had a call the day after from Jess to check in. I highly recommend - they are such a wonderful bunch and Dr Gayan really is such a gentle, kind and caring practitioner.

   Receptionist is exceptional!! Unfortunately dentist turned a super quick 1 minute issue from out of town client into profit making exercise. Disappointing.

   I considered giving it 3 stars but don't find it fair on the other lovely staff there. Reason I have deducted a star is more based on only 1 lady at the reception. Came to site with my mother who was quite ill and had been in hospital the night before so she needed a support person as she wasn't able to comprehend everything the dentist needed to discuss with her. Upon arrival one of the receptionist thought she had the right to discriminate as I am not vaccinated and was quite apbrupt and snarky, making me wait outside the office and sharing my private information with all in the main reception are. She was rude and obviously a real put off for customers sadly. In the end I was able to go into the dentist office and support my mum and have a discussion on her behalf but an apology would have been a good start hopefully she learns that part of her role is customer service which obviously she is lacking.

   I would definitely not recommend to anyone to use this dentist. On my first visit they were meant to sedate me to pull a tooth however throughout the procedure I was saying I was in pain and crying, also had to go back for them to prescribe me pain killers stronger than paracetamol. Also have had issues with a filling went back four times (yes for the same filling in the same tooth) before going to a different dentist when the filling was wriggling around who found decay under the filling which was never removed properly.
