   I went here to see the dentist first of all for 2 fillings and she was so kind and warm. Then I booked to see the hygienist at 8.30am one morning. I had to take some time off work for this appointment. I was still sitting there at 9.10am so I left. 40 minutes waiting is completely ridiculous. I asked the receptionist where the hygienist was traveling from and she said Manuwera area. I advised I had traveled from pukekohe and was on time. Even after I left I got no phone call or email from the hygienist to apologize for this so although I had great experience with dentist, I would not recommend hygienist.

   Definitely don't go there if you have other options. I just had a tooth cleaning there, the cost was $193, but the cleaning process took like just 10 minutes, and I still found tooth calculus after I got home in the mirror. Please see photos. (Edit: after making a complaint, they agreed to give me a full refund. It is fair to say that they are responsible at least. I believe this complaint will help them to provide a better service and gain the reputations back)

   First visit to Lumino Ormiston and what a great experience it was - right from the receptionist to the Dentist Jane and assistant Laura. Really nice relaxed, but very professional environment. Highly recommend if you’re feeling at all anxious about visiting a dentist.

   Dr Jane has done an amazing job helping me with my teeth. She is patient and nice to make sure I am feeling comfortable Since initial consultation. She has done such a wonderful job filling in my badly damaged teeth and make it look better than my original teeth. Jane Also gave me a lot of advice. I am feeling happy to go back to her to continue my treatment because I know that I'm well looked after.

They always treat me with respect, demonstrate empathy and are professional. The clinic is very modern, clean, hygienic and appears to have the latest technology It is so convenient that they offer treatments in the evening and on the weekend.
