I have never had any issues with the reception staff, who are sometimes very busy, as are all the staff in the practice. This is how it is in our post-Covid world, where there is a shortage of medical professionals, across all areas of the health sector). I have always found that if you treat people with respect and the way you would expect to be treated, you will receive the same type of response in return.”
