“Impressive variety of quality vegetables and succulent chicken. The sauces were beautiful and the spice ranges were finally hot enough! Thai “medium” is what many western people will call too hot… but it’s not! If you don’t like spice order mild - for me, I ordered the hottest curry I could and it was incredible!! The sharp chilli spice cutting through the creamy coconut sauce with rich umami undertones… heaven. The Pad Thai lacked that sexy wok hei smokiness, and I prefer a wider flatter noodle, otherwise fantastic.”

They are reviewing the best cheeseburger in town. The branch in Birkenhead is phenomenal cos I have had food from there during lockdown and it’s still memorable! So we rock up to the Browns Bay branch and let me tell you they do not disappoint! Sham was on duty that day and he made a platter of delectable food! The cheeseburger was spot on! And the loaded fries were enthused by the pulled pork on top. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside! Totally worth the visit and cost. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“This place is a gem. We ordered share plates (edamame, chicken katsu, tempura veges and okinomiyaki) followed by Japanese ice cream. All were prepared very nicely and were delicious. Service was efficient and friendly even though the hard working staff were quite busy. The whole place reminded us of small restaurants in Japan. We wish there was somewhere similar near where we live.”

“A nice little takeaway serving freshly cooked Indian food and snacks. The menu items are limited which makes the choice of items very easy. The food is kept in heated display units which makes it easier to order and choose from. Taste is nice and balanced in terms of spices. The staff are nice and helpful too. Prices are reasonable and genuine. A couple of seating stools are inside the takeaway for a quick bite. Very nice experience overall.”

“Great service. I imported a car from Singapore using Jacanna for the shipment. Tasha went out of her way to help me organise additional transport of the vehicle from the Wellington port to Blenheim which was great. She also stepped well outside the bounds of her job requirements to follow up some missing paper work from the exporter in Singapore. This is not at all her responsibility and I wouldn't expect help from Jacanna in this instance, but with a few emails to her contacts in Singapore she had cornered the exporter (which after weeks of trying I had been unable to do) and within a matter of hours the documents were in the post and on their way to New Zealand.
