“Fantastic service! I made an online order a week before Christmas, knowing it was too late for pre-Christmas delivery. I received a text message on 18th December with the tracking number and expected delivery date of 30th December, then another message on 19th advising of a possible delay. My parcel was then actually delivered on 23rd December, for which I am very grateful. Very impressed with the entire service, the updates were excellent and the effort made by the entire team was very much appreciated. Thank you.”

“Although I have been suffering from the apathy of another branch of the NZ Post Hastings, it was refreshing to be comprehensively served by the staff at the NZ Post Delivery Depot. The lady that helped me today, gave excellent options instead of the excuses given by NZ Post ai and the call center personel, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Unfortunately she wasn't wearing a name tag or I'd lord it now on this forum.”
