Very unprofessional company. We were left with damaged goods and were overcharged on volume. Beware of Jerald, he will promise things and then as soon as the job is secure will no longer care or communicate. Items are just thrown on a truck with no regard for packing well or ensuring the right things are delivered. All speed and no care.

Paid $650 for broken furniture in transit. Disappointing response saying their delivery is at our own risk, and they wouldn’t hear us out because we didn’t spot the damage as soon as it was moved (which we were unable to do as we weren’t at the home for weeks). I believe we deserve compensation; the chest of drawers is worth $450 alone, which I could’ve resold instead of moving (reducing the $650 cost also).

NZ Home Movers coordinated the delivery of household items from Manawatū to Nelson on my behalf. Despite being in the midst of ferry disruptions the goods were collected on time and delivered on time at a very competitive rate.
