   Very deceiving and dishonest way of doing business. I have been quoted $2400 for not running car which is towable from Australia to New Zealand I purchased the car and booked with Jacanna. Once car arrived they charged me $4700 saying this car has been lifted with forklift so price has gone up 2300. The delivery guy who brings the car to me said car is role able and it’s not stuck in gear. I organised a towing company in Australia to deliver car to jacana in Australia they also winch the car on truck easily. I have been ripped off by this company do not use them. Take your business to some where else. Right after once I received the quote I booked with Mitchell over the phone he said it will cost extra $400 If we have to use forklift. But when i question that once received invoice said oh no we haven’t said so which means they are dishonest. Take your business to some where else not honest people.

My car arrived a week into lockdown and the help and service I got from Neil was world class on all counts, right from clearing to storing the car all was done without any issues and very professionally.    Great service. I imported a car from Singapore using Jacanna for the shipment. Tasha went out of her way to help me organise additional transport of the vehicle from the Wellington port to Blenheim which was great. She also stepped well outside the bounds of her job requirements to follow up some missing paper work from the exporter in Singapore. This is not at all her responsibility and I wouldn't expect help from Jacanna in this instance, but with a few emails to her contacts in Singapore she had cornered the exporter (which after weeks of trying I had been unable to do) and within a matter of hours the documents were in the post and on their way to New Zealand. It is this kind of customer service that separates a good company from great. Thank you Tasha!
