Hi I have been calling Mike more than 12 times and he has not answered. They said to come pickup between 9am-1pm. I prioritised picking up my items over everything else. I left everything thing else to come pickup my item’s because I know you don’t work on the weekend. I emailed before coming. I came to your warehouse. Clair said Mike does not even work on Friday . The lady (Clair) got angry very quickly, and was very rude to me. She said she “does not care”. Very upsetting for me and a huge waste of my time. Very poor customer Service.

So I went to this shipping company, e pack shipping, located at Kumeu to pick Android TV that my friend had ordered. When I went there I told the person behind the desk that I'm there to collect Android TV and showed him copy of the email, he went and checked and handed me the box containing the product, thereafter I started cross checking the specs on the product box to be sure it's the right product, I found it wasn't the same and told him it's the wrong product. The man(owner, Mike Parry) looked irritated for some reason and said it wasn't his fault and that I have to take the product with me and contact the company, I told him I won't leave with the wrong product, at which, surprisingly he started shouting at me and started threatening that if I don't leave he will "manhandle" me and "knock my head off" and I can't come in "with an attitude like that", then he comes real close to me and looks me directly in the eyes and asks me to leave ,understanding the pointlessness of carrying on the conversation with a maniac I turned to his wife,Kathy Parry,"Is he always like this? I am your customer and you can't treat me like this ", to which she replies,"No, you aren't". For now I've kept the product with me and will get in touch with the company directly. For anyone wanting to do business with this unprofessional,disturbed lot, watch out!
