   I have been going to Commodore Pharmacy for 18 months after moving to Auckland. I want to do a big shout out to Sharron and her team! They always greet me with a smile and a 'Hi how are you?' they have always looked after me and guided me with products in store. Just recently Sharron has kindly donated a gift for a fundraiser I am supporting. Thanks Ladies you do an awesome job!

   Commodore is the only pharmacy we use. The staff have been so helpful and friendly over the years I don't know where else we could find such helpful advice and nothing is too much trouble for Sharron and Lew. Thankyou for taking care of us over many years.

   Wow 10/10! Ordered Monday and received Tuesday and I live 3 hours away! The products were package so professionally- never received an order packed this nicely by any company before and it’s all recyclable. Will 100% use them again - great job.

   Appaulingly rude, misleading advertising, nasty attitude when asked about it. Keep clear. Wow, I have just read their reply. Very interesting, completely fabricated. I trust everybody to make up their own mind.

   The communication between the pharmacy and myself, was almost non existent. I had to chase this order on several occasions, only to be told things like staff don't work on Saturdays etc etc. After a week i finally got shipping notification. When my husband went in to collect, he was served by a very rude woman, who told him off for saying it was prescription instead of an online order. He said he had never been spoken down to this way before, and she was extremely arrogant. The products are good, but the server did not release they are providing a service and not a chore.

   It is interesting to note that 2 other people have made a complaint about rudeness. It looks like store is generally quite polite though, or to most people they are. My experience was via email, and I had a similar experience as with the other two reviews from people who obviously felt strong enough to make their first and only entry into the Google maps ratings, there was a failure to communicate appropriately in the right manner. It looks like the other reviewers problem encountered with the person mentioned is of the same sort of attitude I was given. There are many choices in communicating with another person, a customer, these days you can choose how to respond, or react to people I guess. The response you gave to the other reviewers review for instance. Could have been nicely made at the time, to the then, customer. Anyway. Number 3. Beautiful.
