Niesha is amazing. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect bra. Then she went out of her way to find me great matching sets. She gave great feedback on how the bras looked and made me feel amazing. A bra I wanted was out of stock but she went out of her way to call another store to check if they had my size in stock, and she got the bra shipped to my place. Amazing customer service, great selection too. I feel so confident and can’t wait to get another bra! Thank you so much!
Honestly most uncomfortable experience ever. There is a minimal standard for customer service but unfortunately I was not even greeted by any staff members let alone asked if I need help. I felt judged and embarrassed as I looked around the shop while the staff stood at the till chatting. When I walked past the till the very obviously went quiet. I felt horribly unwelcome & insecure and will not be visiting this shop again. Thanks girls at Newmarket bras’n’things for a perfect example of horrible customer service.
Omg best experience! Such lovely staff Zhavia was such a saint I've been nervous to get a fitting for a while now but she made me feel so comfortable and double checked with each bra that it was sitting right ! Highly recommend
I usually don't shop here frequently but the different styles and colours from the shop front lured me in. I was greeted by a lovely sales assistant Zhavia today and would just like to mention how helpful and friendly she was. Definitely a memorable shopping experience and I'll be back again.
My sister and I came out for a day to shop and get some nice things and just generally have a good day. We came into the store, and it was fine until one of the lady's seemed to be around every corner we were near. We stuck around for a bit, and noticed that she was keeping an eye on us as we were walking around the shop. Keep in mind we weren't the only people in the shop, yet she choose to follow us around. This was even more obvious considering she was very pregnant. This went on the entire time in the shop, and made my sister increasingly upset. Even when we came to the counter to be served by another staff member it's like she made it a point to come around the counter and watch the transaction. My sister and I are Maori, and were the only noticeably brown people in the shop. I did end up making a complaint to the other staff member, but I'd like it to be known on here. Another issue is that my sister couldn't find her size, and she is a little bit uncomfortable with asking about it. So when she went up to the other staff member to ask and got sent to a section of lingerie that I knew for certain only came in smaller sizes, it made the whole situation worse. Then the staff member loudly announced that they only had 3 things in her size and they were just all frumpy looking sets. It was horrible. I found other sets myself after that that were clearly in her size that they just decided not to point out That was probably the most upsetting trip to a lingerie store I've ever had, I felt harrassed, and that the actions of that staff member impacted how we felt going into a store where its supposed to be helpful. It was giving racism and fatphobia and did not pass the vibe check to be honest. I would not shop here ever again.
I've been to this shop several times and it is always the best possible customer experience possible. Will defiantly help with size or finding what you need. Highly recommend. Amazing ladies working there. After several "not that amazing" experiences at other braches was thinking of finding the other brand to shop but no need for it after discovering Newmarket branch.
